I believe all are entitled to their opinion on this board, right, wrong or indifferent. Of course, absolutely nothing posted on this board has any real import. The existing 200+ shareholders of TelVue are not going to sell their shares and move on. The company has, I think, 8 less shareholders of record than it did a year ago. And the volume (which includes SELLING as well as buying) averages a handful of shares. So no matter what persons have come to this board for whatever reasons, there has been NO SELL OFF and there will not be. And those that have bet against this company will soon realize how dearly that will cost them. Tic Toc.

I believe the volume of M&A is way down. Especially in the OTC. In fact I don't remember the last time a Pink Sheet was acquired or privatized. No, what's going to happen here is that the stock is going to go up and those holding a short position are going to pay me. Pay me what I want. And so I wait.
I'm sorry this makes no sense. When someone is watching TV he has no idea about nor does he care about every company involved in the show he is watching. There are production companies. Visual effects companies. Companies that are the agents of specific actors. Costume companies. Even the food truck that feeds the actors. It does not mean that just because I don't think about those companies or know exactly who they are that the companies don't get paid for their services. A lot of people make a lot of money making a popular TV show. And TEVE will get paid for its services in bringing Anime to audiences. But you knew that.
Your well wishes are appreciated and I am sure without them all would be lost. Keep coming by the board to check up on our progress. We always welcome input. Of course, no matter what anyone says, no one is getting my shares. Until of course I am given an acceptable offer for them by those that desperately need them to cover their extensive short position.
Thanks. I will say that regardless of what is posted myself, my friends and family will not be parting with any shares.
37.00 per share is a good start. It is hard to price something that is scarce as an actual (not counterfeited by market makers) share of TEVE. Make no mistakes. To do a short cover, shortie has to have actual shares. Which means he needs to buy them from me. And I won't be selling until the price is right.
It's clear something is in the works. We just keep holding our shares.
We are so happy to have you as an addition to our board. But I must beg to differ. This board gets more and more active every time this stock goes up. The next buys take the stock to 19.00 per share. And no one is selling. Imagine that.
You are entitled to your opinion, even if it is wrong. The company has survived a lot worse than this.
This board is about TEVE is it not? We have always been thankful for your knowledge of agricultural stocks but of course this is a communications company. But let's not digress. You were onto something here. Ah yes, buying and selling. Well no one here is going to sell. So what happens when you cannot buy something because no one is selling...I believe that is called scarcity and I believe it causes the price of something to go up. I'm not worried.
remember that it was a handful of shares traded that took the stock down and it's a handful that can take it right back up. average volume is 6 shares. you make it sound like there has been a massive sell off. there hasn't been. but you knew that.
a small float makes it hard to disguise any market maker manipulation. but you knew that. you cannot make a small float seem like a bad thing no matter how you put it. a wise investor is always looking for a small float company because it can move on a breeze. scarcity = value. diamonds are worth more than gold because there are fewer diamonds than gold nuggets. i will take my chances here. keep on doing what you do but i don't think you will convince anyone here that we have anything less than a diamond mine.
cash and cash equivalents are in a different category than debts and losses. you are talking about two different things and trying to say they are the same. nice try though.
oh you don't have shares in a company you post about? yeah well those of us that do own shares are not overly concerned. thanks for looking out for us, though.
the last financials said they had operating capital for a year. and that was before some of their austerity measures. i am not worried. you should not be either.
You are too kind to worry about my money. But like so many other things you post here, there is little more than fear being sown. Just remember warren buffett recommends buying fear and selling cheer. Be careful what you sow.
Are you honestly going on the attack line that they don't have fancy enough premises? Jeez you guys are absolutely all over the place. It's this, then it's that, and then there's the other thing. I smell DESPERATION on the part of those that have bet against this company.
Very good news indeed.
How many shares do you own again?
I believe the past is relevant to this discussion.
The only bank this company has ever used is the Chairman of its Board. Look it up.
Actually the fact that one man owns most of the shares and will never sell them is precisely why we invest in Telvue. Thank you for making my point so well.
So which argument is it? The company is illiquid or Lenfest has given up? Story keeps changing here.
Who owns the preferred shares? Lenfest. Circular logic. He's not going to destroy a company he built from scratch to collect some petty cash.
We have a MASSIVE audience here. About 70 people, with about 10 of them even showing up to read anything. Anything said positive or negative here has almost ZERO influence on this stock. The fact that the company is building and has products and services and is one of those rare companies that wants to make goods in America by Americans for Americans is reason enough to be here. Tired of those that bet against America and small businesses.
We're not talking about "Lenfest's other company" here, we're talking about TelVue. This is the TEVE board after all. Apples and oranges.
FUD. TEVE will not only make it but some folks that bet against the company will lose big.
This is the new BearSterns and Lehmann Bros.
I pity any company that would take over this trash firm and assume its massive liabilities including its huge short positions in dozens if not hundreds of OTC companies.
How can anyone sit by and let this POS stock go up? Where is the short selling on this garbage stock?
Whitewash, typical cover-up response. There are so many loopholes and ways around the rules that when someone gets their hand caught in the cookie jar there is always a "logical" excuse. Face it, these arguments get sadder and sadder.
On Oct 15 the short interest was reported as zero on otcmarkets.com.
On Oct 16 there is a fail to deliver of 72 shares reported on the sec fails report.
These 2 facts are contrary. It means one of the "facts" is actually a LIE. In my opinion the SEC fails report is more reliable. However in reality neither report is accurate on the short position.
Actual shorts were millions of shares pre-split and hundreds of thousands post split but who is counting.
If there were no short position there would be no posters coming here saying there are no shorts because who would care?
Oh by the way, TelVue appears on the SEC Fails to Deliver list again. Really hard, it would seem, to dig up around 70 shares and deliver them. But oh no, there is no short position, they just couldn't fill these small orders for so long it went to the FTD list. Yeah Right! Reality Check.

Really? Really. We are going to attack the premises of TelVue facilities now? Let's get real. The company is expanding and no one is going to be able to stop it. Meanwhile our friend NITE is going down the drain. I'd say this could be summed up in one word. JUSTICE.
Let's hope some folks go to jail over this. A head on a pike is needed to demonstrate you cannot get away with crime just because you work on Wall Street. The whole scene with market makers needs a clean-up. Let's not forget other MMs have helped NITE cover their tracks.
Time for this POS to go sub penny. Why is this thing still over $2? Unbelievable the extent to which investors can be hoodwinked into perceiving value where there is none.
There is a finite amount of gold in the world. That's why it is so expensive and valuable. There are less diamonds in the world than there is ounces of gold. That's why diamonds cost more. Scarcity = value. That's also why for example TEVE with its small float (thousands of shares and not millions) will always have shares more valuable than a company with a bloated float. Compare TEVE and KCG for price per share right now.
Where is your 600000 float figure from? And don't forget Lenfest owns 90.3% of the company and is very unlikely to part with his shares.
