Dude,
"If they are a scam, tell me, why haven't they been suspended or investigated for any illegal activity? Because they are legitimate that's why. Bigger cannabis companies have been suspended and investigated, but we haven't, how come?"
I cant speak for the SEC and other law enforcement agencies. I am sure 100% of the illegal activity has not been subject to investigation. I am sure illegal activity currently exists, but has not been subject to investigation. But the former CEO of USEI has been investigated and is currently sitting in jail.
Is USEI really a cannabis company? Where are the cannabis products? Importing cheap vape pens, with your own logo, makes you a cannabis company?
Management has a history of broken promises (edibles, audited financials) and outright lies (Singular 96), and uses third party individuals to spread rumors (celebrity endorsement).
Dude,
USEI management is running a scam and has repeatedly lied to investors.
To ignore the past is nonsensical. Management loves when the past and their misdeeds are forgotten. By essentially getting a clean slate, management is allowed to commit the same scams and schemes again..and again.
Soon, when USEI is completely deflated, management will disappear and return at a later date in a new industry and fresh new scam.
Notice how the rumors and promises get more and more elaborate. Now, USEI promises a retail store while rumors were swirling about a celebratory endorsement. By keeping the rumor and promise machine going, management is hoping that investors will forget about the endless list of broken promises.
I am keen to see what management will promise next. They are not delivering on any of the previous promises, just adding new promises to the list....trying to keep those press releases enticing.
Dude,
"Why don't you just call Tony? I did."
Management has the responsibility to release this information to shareholders and the public.
USEI down significantly today. The dump is well underway.
Notice, the rumors about the celebrity endorsement have gone away and the stock is down big today. This is further proof this latest pump was indeed a scam and nothing but lies.
USEI...no products, management with a history of scams.
Dudes,
Questions that USEI management needs to answer, but fail to do so:
1) Where are the promised audited financials and why has there been no reason explaining the delay.
2) Where are the edibles and what is the reason for the delay.
3) What is the status of the dispensary?
4) USEI announced the establishment of a Colorado office. Where is this office located, how many people work there and what work functions are being carried out
5) USEI announced the establishment of a Colorado production facility to make various products. Where is the facility located and how many people work there?
6) Are there any truths to the recent rumors of a celebrity endorsement?
7) Can you provide updates on past deals that were announced with great fanfare, but seemingly just disappeared (with no word from management)
8) USEI acquired Hotcloud Mobiles, can you provide an update as to how this acquisition is aiding in growth efforts?
9) Can you provide an updated on the growing and cultivation side of the business
10) Can you release sale figures for the months of April and May
Dude,
"Those who say USEI is a scam are absolutely 100% correct. It always has been. This is a John Stanton scam being continued by Miller. He and the clan will take exotic vacations using shareholders money"
You are 100% correct, this is a scam. I really dont see how people can invest in the company. The current management has a history of lies and deception, and have yet to achieve anything in the cannabis space....well, they import cheap vape pens and stick their name on it. Where is the dispensary, the edibles, the oils, the waxes, the farm?
Dude,
"You are speaking to deaf ears". So sad when people are frequently lied to, yet still have faith in those who choose to deceive them.
What will it take for everyone to wake up?
Dude,
Why do you think USEI will turn around this week?
Let's recap this week:
1) Rumors were swirling about a celebrity endorsement. This turned out to be a complete fabrication and outright lie.
2) Rumors were swirling about the debut of the trademarked edibles. This also turned out to be a complete fabrication and lie.
The source of both of these rumors and lies is the same person. Many of you seem to believe this person and eagerly await his various posts. I ask you, how many times does he need to lie before you realize he part of the pump and dump machine.
Also, notice how management is silent on the edibles (which were promised back in April).
The USEI scam is alive and well.
Dude,
Yup, down 10% today.
I guess the celebrity rumor has proven itself to be a pump and dump.
I guess there are no edibles.
Both scams have been perpetrated by the beloved Twitter poster whom everyone believes in...but seems to tell a series of untruths.
Dude,
"Usei lol @ you "dude" stop embarrassing yourself"
I am embarrassing myself?
Let's look at the facts.....USEI is a firm, who has a past CEO in jail, and a current CEO who has scammed investors before, in the form of the fictitious $150 million Singular 96 deal.
USEI has not lived up to their promises, yet this is often overlooked as people desperately want to believe they found the 'diamond in the ruff' and will yield immense financial rewards.
USEI still has no products. Those cheap, re-branded vape pens are not going to bring the rewards that many of you desire.
USEI was due to have edibles in the marketplace in April (according to their press release)..month is it now? Did USEI provide a reason for the delay....no.
So, what has USEI actually done....nothing.
And now the de facto Head of Investor Relations and avid Twitter poster is enjoying a California vacation claiming to have edibles, but cannot post the pics. Yet another scam tactic to keep you interested in this stock.
Dude,
"This is bottom guys, ready for pop. I just loaded another 300K Shares at .0058 sweet deals. Looking for massive gains this summer as well. things looking so good here and super deal on share price today :) Go USEI $$$$$$$$$$$$$$"
The deal will be even sweeter when USEI back to 0.0001.
Where will these 'massive' summer gains come from? Will they come from the sale of these cheap vape pens, that can be purchased anywhere?
Dude,
"4999 trades a very good sign imo"
This is only a good sign if the stock goes up. On a big down day, this just means people are fleeing big time.
Dudes,
Let's be realistic.
1) No one and no MM is 'stealing' your shares.
2) There is no conspiracy by the MMs or anyone else to drive down the price, so they can buy more cheaper
3) The big boys are not interested in USEI. If they were, the price would be driven up and not down
4) USEI isn't a more attractive investment as the price plummets, in fact it is a signal that this company is regarded as a poor investment
The 'dump' is well underway on this stock. How about asking your beloved Twitter poster about that supposed celebrity. Folks you are all being played and unfortunately your blind loyalty is preventing rational decision making.
The stock , the company, the management is a scam. They have done this before and are doing it again.
As other companies are profiting in Colorado, why has USEI not managed to do much? It's because they have no intention of doing anything. They profit from hyping the share price, through glorious press releases, and selling before the dump.
Dude,
USEI is down 20%.
Let's here the same chorus again.....it's a screaming buy at these levels, and load up the truck!!!
There is a reason why the stock is down huge today. The recent news about a celebrity and edibles being showcased at this supposed meeting was a complete, planned and coordinated fabrication.
I'll bet your beloved Twitter posted probably cashed out at the 'pump' and left everyone else holding the bag at the 'dump'.
Yes, it's a 'screaming buy' at these levels, it will be an even better 'screaming buy' at 0.0001...which is where it is heading.
Time for people to realize this company is a scam and stop the blind loyalty to a management team with a history of scamming.
Dude,
"Just a PP manipulation here . That's why down.
WASHINGTON is huge"
Yes, Washington is huge. Colorado is huge, as well, and the state is raking in substantial income. However, where is USEI? At most, collecting a royalty from the sale of inexpensive smoking equipment.
What will USEI do in Washington? Washington will be profitable to some companies, but not to USEI.
So when Washington opens up...you will hear the same 'promises' as they made for Colorado....edibles, oils, waxes, farming, cultivation, dispensary, they will likely hint at audited financials and an up-listing again, they will likely announce new office space. But you will not hear about actual delivery, actual products.
Here's a question...USEI did previously announce Colorado office space. Who is working in this new office space...how many people are working there...and what is the address...and what type of work is being done there?
Dude,
"Still waiting on any news solid news !"
There is no solid news. What more can USEI promise you? Now, it appears the ridiculous is happening, rumors (which are false) about celebrity endorsement are being spread to pump the stock.
Notice, management is silent on matters of importance, such are the dispensary, the edibles, the retail store, the farm, the oils, the biofuels.
It appears this random Twitter guy has been anointed to keep the 'pump' going. I suppose when the class action law suits hit and the SEC starts investigating, the CEO has plausible deniability. Meanwhile, the average investor and most folks on this board will loose their entire investment.
Dude,
What was the outcome of this supposed meeting and what items were brought to the meeting.
What happened to the 'celebrity' announcement?
This beloved Twitter poster should not be believed and his opinions are suspect. Is he the appointed Director of Investor Relations? If his statements were true, why has the CEO been silent? Considering USEI releases press releases about everything, why is sharing this 'important' news been given to a random guy on Twitter? Doesn't make sense.
Dude,
"USEI is going to be one of the best MJ plays this year guaranteed"
Why do you believe this? At most, they simply re-branded cheap vape pens, which anyone can do. Anyone can purchase these items and stick their own logo on it.
They have nothing else going on. No other products and a history of broken promises. All you have is the word from a CEO who has engineered scams (e.g. Singular 96) and broken promises (e.g. no audited financials).
So how do you arrive at your conclusion?
Dude,
I don't have 'proof' that USEI is not building a space rocket, nor do I have 'proof' that USEI is not building an underwater shopping mall.
But as an investor, the question that needs to be asked is...where is the proof of the celebrity and do I believe this random Twitter poster.
The burden of proof lies with the poster of the information and with the management of the company, the burden of proof does not lie with me. So, where is the proof Twitter guy or USEI management?
Dude,
Look at the recent stock action. There was rally, on speculation of a celebrity, and now the dump is happening.
The market believes there is no celebrity. The greater investment community believes there is no celebrity.
Furthermore, management has not mentioned a celebrity. Considering management releases a press release if they go to a trade show, surely there would be an announcement about a celebrity.
All you have is a random guy on Twitter who has no credibility now.
Dude,
USEI is down over 10% now.
For those who still need proof this is a pump and dump scam, look at recent action.
Your beloved Twitter posted lied and confirmed a celebrity endorsement and the stock rallied (the pump)
There has been no celebrity endorsement and the stock is selling off (the dump)
What more proof do you need?
Dude,
This is not 'hiring'. Trying to lure people to work for free is not hiring. There is no salary with the position, hardly a sign of anything positive about this company.
The company can 'hire' an infinite amount of people this way....not costing the company anything.
Dude,
USEI is starting to sell off now.
The 'pump'was achieved with the fake news about a celebrity endorsement.
Now the 'dump' is happening.
A sad situation when people get their news from a random guy on Twitter.
This Twitter guy is a part of the scam as well. You should not listen to him. Until USEI publishes actual sales data, do not believe anything from this guy or anyone else.
Dude,
"The Denver Post reports that the state’s recreational marijuana stores sold more than $22 million worth of product in April, which they said was likely boosted by the 4/20 marijuana holiday that attracted hundreds of cannabis tourists."
Real companies are making and selling real products...and making real money.
Where is USEI?
Dude,
Charlie Sheen in going to endorse these vape pens, nor is any other celebrity.
Also, USEI has not made any edibles. Aside from gathering a modest royalty from the sale of certain cheap, commodity product vape pens...USEI has nothing.
The celebrity news was just more hype. Perhaps USEI can tell us when they plan to open the retail store, produce edibles, establish the dispensary, purchase the farm for growing crops. Teasing naive investors with fake celebrity news to artificially and temporarily pump up the stock price is just another sign this is a scam.
Dude,
USEI stock has done this many times. Some random guy posts unsubstantiated, unproven and likely false statements about Vapor Pens being endorsed by an unknown celebrity and everyone gets excited.
Today a pump, tomorrow the dump. Seen this cycle many times. Yes,you can make money, but USEI not an investment....it's a casino stock. You can win big sometimes, but in the end the 'house' always wins.
Last week, management promises a retail stock and today a random guy Tweets unsubstantiated statements...and tomorrow the stock sells off.
Dude, there is nothing special nor unique about these vape pens. Sure, they may be branded with the 'real mccoy'...but, in the end, who cares? They are the same as all the others.
Vape pens are commodity products...not much in terms of product differentiation, and all are produced in a handful of factories in low wage countries.
If you think USEI hit the gravy train with these products...think again. USEI is late to the party and these things can be purchased anywhere and for a cheap price.
Beware of claims that thousands of dollars were made in a few hours, or clinics are buying massive quantities. This is just not true. Notice how silent USEI is with regards to actual sales data?
Dude,
The market is saturated. E-cigs and vapor pens are commodity products, produced in mass quantities, very cheaply,by a wide variety of producers, with very little differentiation in product.
USEI cannot survive on these cheap commodity plays, and very unlikely this company will achieve its lofty promises. The expectation of failure is reflected in the stock price. Glorious press releases, at most, provide a short term bump, but the stock quickly sells of again.
Dude,
Here is evidence of a pump and dump by this same management:
...According to Anthony Miller CEO "we previously disclosed that we have purchase orders to deliver SINGULAR 96™ to sovereign nation locations in Canada"....
..."We will also acquire and develop stranded or un-recovered oil properties for enhanced oil production..."
..."fulfillment of the 150 million contract with USEI"....
..."The initial delivery of the Singular 96™ occurred..."
..."USEI stock has now gained 5,333%.."
This is clear evidence of a scam. What more proof do you need? Now, how can you trust this company and this management?
Dude,
What a lovely YouTube video that is. It is a sad day when investors have to resort to watching homemade amateur YouTube videos, by random people, to feel good about their investment decisions.
How about demanding management be more accountable to shareholders. How about USEI management providing actual estimates of start dates for their many projects. This management team, with their history of failed promises and outright lies, has no credibility.
Let's be real and honest here. There is no way USEI is going to accomplish what they promised...everything from farming to dispensaries to consumer products to now, a retail store.
Why do so many people choose to blindly follow the word from management, instead of looking at the facts.
Why do people choose to forgive and forget this same management essentially crafted a scheme, in the form of the $150m Singular 96 deal. This same management confirmed production and delivery of a product that did not exist. The stock rallied over 5,000% in a short period of time and then crashed...yet management remained silent and never mentioned Singular 96 again. Would you accept this from Apple or Microsoft? The companies would be sued and the CEOs prosecuted if they did this.
Now, management is engineering the same scheme again. Hopeful investors are buying tons of cheap shares, hoping for a large payout. But, despite all the hype, USEI still has no product while other companies are making huge money in the sector. All you have are amateur YouTube videos and Twitter posts by random people as 'proof' that USEI is doing something?
Here's a suggestion, how about management release sales data for the past month. Lot's of companies do this. If USEI is truly selling anything and creating shareholder value, such data would be forthcoming.
Dude,
"3 weeks till Washington, looking forward to Tony letting us know who his Washington partners are."
I am looking forward to the audited financials, the edibles, the oil and wax, the farm, the retail store, the dispensary.
Can't you see the game? Lots of promises, very little delivery. Management makes a promise, then makes another promise more outrageous than the one before. This what happens during a pump and dump scheme.
Dudes,
It is important to note that USEI announces agreements, but intentionally withholds details. For example, USEI has an agreement to build a dispensary, but they did not provide a start date nor did they provide any information as to when this will be completed.....why? Surely, they agreement would have a start date or stipulate conditions as to when things will start. Do not believe this 'agreement', as nothing will happen.
I have an agreement to build a underwater amusement park. I will provide no details, but I encourage you to buy my company's stock....would you? This is essentially what USEI is asking you to do.
Dude,
Notice how the stock is down huge today. This is been happening after press releases.
After the pr....the dump happens. Classic pump and dump.
Dude,
I do not believe USEI is legit and I firmly believe this will prove to be a scam.
1) Where are the promised audited financials?
2) The last set of financials (which were unaudited) showed USEI has a tiny amount of cash and zero revenue. So how can they possibly fund any growth plans?
3) USEI announced lots of 'agreements', but intentionally did not provide any details.
4) There is no way USEI can achieve what they promised....farming, retail stores, edibles, dispensary, consumer products, oil. This just is not going to happen
5) In the last pr, USEI admitted they are not achieving much and said things are very slow.
6) Where are the edibles and who is doing the cooking in that questionable kitchen?
7) To achieve their promises, USEI needs chefs, bakers, farmers, scientists, sales people....has anyone seen any 'help wanted' ads?
While other companies are making tons of money, USEI still has no money making products. These inexpensive vape pens, which can be purchased anywhere, is nothing to get excited about.
USEI is a scam and the stock is down huge today.
Dude,
"I anticipate much more detailed information of our progress in dispensaries and Dr. Clinics from $USEI to be released early next week. DOK"
Who is this DOK fellow and what 'progress' is he referring to?
Do not get too excited, USEI considers attending a trade show as 'progress'. The 'progress bar' has been set very low by USEI, so do not expect anything significant.
Dude,
There are no edibles. The last press release proved that. Furthermore, the other promised consumer products (oils, waxes, butter etc) also do no exist.
Management, in their last press releases, admitted they have no products. They mentioned taking 'inventory' of vape pens, that does not mean these things are selling. Management carefully gave the impression the pens are selling, but did not confirm any actual sales.
So, since announcing entry into the cannabis games, what has management done....nothing. There are supposed 'agreements' to do lots of wonderful things, but management provides no details and never says when these projects are due to start.
So, when will this dispensary project start....before or after USEI starts the promised farm to grow and cultivate cannabis crops? Or before or after the promised facility is built to produce oils and waxes?
Dudes, the problem is the market has caught on to the fact that USEI is a scam.
The last few news releases failed to lift the stock and management has indicated they haven't met their objectives and have no products. Without any sales data (which the company can provide), there is no way to substantiate whether the vape pens are selling, or if any has been sold. Management makes reference to increasing their 'inventory' and 'continued marketing' efforts, but purposely avoids talking about actual sales.
Colorado is raking in serious tax revenue from MJ and companies are presently making lots of money.....so why is USEI not able to do anything? Probably because they are engaged in the smoke and mirrors game and have no real intention of producing any products, and just profit through the tried and tested pump and dump scheme.
In a last ditch attempt to say something new, USEI plans to open a retail store. Not sure if this will be located next to the dispensary, the cannabis farm, the facility to make cannabis oil, the Colorado office space, the edibles kitchen or the facility which produces 'waxes, butter, topical creams, beverages and other products that are infused with sativa, indicia and CBC concentrates'.
USEI is a joke and a scam. Perhaps management can update us on the waxes, beverage and topical cream segment of the business.
Dude,
This is a bust. Management admitted USEI hasn't made much progress. These vape pen sales are suspect as USEI refuses to provide any sales data.
Management deems it worthy to publicize their attendance at a trade show, so surely they would publicize positive vape pen sales. This is reason to believe vape pens sales either do not exist, or a very poor.
What is the situation with the edibles? Is USEI currently recruiting chefs and bakers? That questionable looking kitchen is hardly fit enough to produce a variety of products on a sufficient scale. Thus, do not expect there to be any edibles at this upcoming show.
this stock is going back to 0.0001 soon..
Dude,
"What gets me is how do you go from selling biofuels, which is a multi million dollar market to selling ten dollar pot pens ? Lmao."
In a previous press release, USEI did say they will produce a cannabis based bio fuel. They also proclaimed to have the finances to make this a reality.
Is there a team of USEI scientist out there currently working on this project?
Dude,
You weren't excited about the retail store? So USEI will be in involved in farming, cultivation, growing, production of edibles, production of various consumer products (oils, soaps to name a few), vape pens, biofuel, cannabis oil extraction and production of cannabis biofuel...and now a retail store.
This company is a MJ powerhouse....they are doing everything.
Where can I buy their products....oh wait, they dont have any products.
Dudes,
As expected, the stock had an initial pop on the news today....but all those gains are now gone.
This was another BS press release. Notice, no specifics were given, no data on sales volumes, no date for the edibles, nothing really.
They are a sponsor at a trade show...that is not a big deal. Anyone can pay the modest fee and become a sponsor.
Wait....they did promise a retail store. This will sit nicely alongside the farm they promised too...remember, USEI will be involved in farming and cultivation.
