Let's look at the facts.....USEI is a firm, who has a past CEO in jail, and a current CEO who has scammed investors before, in the form of the fictitious $150 million Singular 96 deal.

USEI has not lived up to their promises, yet this is often overlooked as people desperately want to believe they found the 'diamond in the ruff' and will yield immense financial rewards.

USEI still has no products. Those cheap, re-branded vape pens are not going to bring the rewards that many of you desire.

USEI was due to have edibles in the marketplace in April (according to their press release)..month is it now? Did USEI provide a reason for the delay....no.

So, what has USEI actually done....nothing.

And now the de facto Head of Investor Relations and avid Twitter poster is enjoying a California vacation claiming to have edibles, but cannot post the pics. Yet another scam tactic to keep you interested in this stock.
