It is important to note that USEI announces agreements, but intentionally withholds details. For example, USEI has an agreement to build a dispensary, but they did not provide a start date nor did they provide any information as to when this will be completed.....why? Surely, they agreement would have a start date or stipulate conditions as to when things will start. Do not believe this 'agreement', as nothing will happen.

I have an agreement to build a underwater amusement park. I will provide no details, but I encourage you to buy my company's stock....would you? This is essentially what USEI is asking you to do.
