Why do you believe this? At most, they simply re-branded cheap vape pens, which anyone can do. Anyone can purchase these items and stick their own logo on it.

They have nothing else going on. No other products and a history of broken promises. All you have is the word from a CEO who has engineered scams (e.g. Singular 96) and broken promises (e.g. no audited financials).

So how do you arrive at your conclusion?
