Dudes, the problem is the market has caught on to the fact that USEI is a scam.

The last few news releases failed to lift the stock and management has indicated they haven't met their objectives and have no products. Without any sales data (which the company can provide), there is no way to substantiate whether the vape pens are selling, or if any has been sold. Management makes reference to increasing their 'inventory' and 'continued marketing' efforts, but purposely avoids talking about actual sales.

Colorado is raking in serious tax revenue from MJ and companies are presently making lots of money.....so why is USEI not able to do anything? Probably because they are engaged in the smoke and mirrors game and have no real intention of producing any products, and just profit through the tried and tested pump and dump scheme.

In a last ditch attempt to say something new, USEI plans to open a retail store. Not sure if this will be located next to the dispensary, the cannabis farm, the facility to make cannabis oil, the Colorado office space, the edibles kitchen or the facility which produces 'waxes, butter, topical creams, beverages and other products that are infused with sativa, indicia and CBC concentrates'.

USEI is a joke and a scam. Perhaps management can update us on the waxes, beverage and topical cream segment of the business.
