You are 100% correct, this is a scam. I really dont see how people can invest in the company. The current management has a history of lies and deception, and have yet to achieve anything in the cannabis space....well, they import cheap vape pens and stick their name on it. Where is the dispensary, the edibles, the oils, the waxes, the farm?
