Dude,

What a lovely YouTube video that is. It is a sad day when investors have to resort to watching homemade amateur YouTube videos, by random people, to feel good about their investment decisions.

How about demanding management be more accountable to shareholders. How about USEI management providing actual estimates of start dates for their many projects. This management team, with their history of failed promises and outright lies, has no credibility.

Let's be real and honest here. There is no way USEI is going to accomplish what they promised...everything from farming to dispensaries to consumer products to now, a retail store.

Why do so many people choose to blindly follow the word from management, instead of looking at the facts.

Why do people choose to forgive and forget this same management essentially crafted a scheme, in the form of the $150m Singular 96 deal. This same management confirmed production and delivery of a product that did not exist. The stock rallied over 5,000% in a short period of time and then crashed...yet management remained silent and never mentioned Singular 96 again. Would you accept this from Apple or Microsoft? The companies would be sued and the CEOs prosecuted if they did this.

Now, management is engineering the same scheme again. Hopeful investors are buying tons of cheap shares, hoping for a large payout. But, despite all the hype, USEI still has no product while other companies are making huge money in the sector. All you have are amateur YouTube videos and Twitter posts by random people as 'proof' that USEI is doing something?

Here's a suggestion, how about management release sales data for the past month. Lot's of companies do this. If USEI is truly selling anything and creating shareholder value, such data would be forthcoming.
