**NEWS**Decibel Announces 2022 Financial Outlook, Strategic Priorities, and Organizational Alignment
Commenting on the Company's outlook, Paul Wilson, CEO of Decibel noted the following:
"We have established a solid foundation through strong execution of our priorities in 2021 and are well positioned to execute on our 2022 objectives and achieve strong year over year growth in revenue and margins. Demand for our brands and products in the recreational market continues to exhibit strong growth, confirming our thesis that quality across category expansion, consistency, and revenue growth, will lead to creation of competitive advantages for years to come.

Liking managements focus on maintaining a early mover advantage in the infused space. Smart. Noticed their recently launched diamond infused pre-rolls have sold out in BC. Will update when restocked. The whole infused category is just getting started. Surprised someone hasn't already infused milled flower to boost the flavor and THC. Delibel's cost advantage is they grow the flower and infuse the flower in-house. Most LP's can only do one or the other. Like :) glta

Getting nine new products into Ontario is a big win for the Heritage team. Getting anything into Ontario is a win. Glad to see infused pre-rolls are on the way as well. Hopefully they are the same pre-rolls they just launched in BC that sold out in just a few days. Will update on the restock. This partnership with Fire & Flower sounds good...
Fire & Flower Launches E-Commerce Dispensaries for Canadian Licensed Producers’ Brands
"We're excited to engage directly with consumers through Fire & Flower's advanced consumer technology," said Andrew MacMillan, SVP Commercial, Auxly. "To successfully compete in today's competitive cannabis market, it is essential to understand purchase habits and preferences. Through our newly branded e-commerce dispensaries, not only can we track consumer activity right through to purchase and conversion, but most importantly, we are also delivering an enhanced experience of our brands. This direct-to-consumer online model will drive new opportunities to more effectively serve our expanding customer base and support our sales growth."

This could provide more positive data driven outcomes based on real time sales of Auxly products. Like adjusting inventory product production to what's hot and what's not immediately. Also directing customers to Auxly's store should give them a more premium experience, with more ability to expand on product info.
Hey vinovista, Thanks for posting all the Auxly info :)
I've been watching and waiting for a good entry point. Not sure if this is it but I took a starter anyway. Like that Auxly is #1 in cannabis 2.0, which is good place to be. Expecting Canada's 15% 2.0 market share to quickly match California's 40% as more products roll out in 2022. To me Auxly is positioned well to profit as consumers switch from smoke to vapor. glta

**NEWS** Radient Completes Acquisition of Tunaaaaroom Xtracts and Makes Corporate Announcements
Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - January 28, 2022) - Radient Technologies Inc. (TSXV: RTI) ("Radient" or the "Company"), a commercial manufacturer of diverse, novel, and high-quality cannabis extracts and packaged products, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the Company's previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding securities of Tunaaaaroom Xtracts Inc. (the "Target"), an Alberta cannabis company (the "Acquisition").
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/radient-completes-acquisition-tunaaaaroom-xtracts-003000046.html
This should be a smooth transition since TRX has been working with Radient for over a year now. They bring Radient a vast genetic library tested over years in the legacy market. They also have a understanding of the legacy culture for marketing to legacy customers. This is still a largely untapped well of customers that needs to be fully tapped.
With Radient's low cost extraction abilities they can now compete with the grey market using a well known legacy brand. Same goes for HighGrade coming in from the legacy market as a well respected brand. Hopefully they will bring other legacy brands to Radient in the future.
Now that TRX are stakeholders it would be to their advantage to bring in as many as possible. Make Radient a happy landing place for legacy brands transitioning to legal. Bonus they will bring their loyal customers with them. Off to a good start with two of the best Tunaaaaroom and HighGrade. Congrats to the RTI team!!! Like :)

New Infused Blunts Released on BC Cannabis Stores...
Had to laugh when I saw the Hippie Crippler Blunt. Imagine it would with THC in the 30s. Glad to see Heritage entering the infused pre-roll category early in the game. **NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Achieves Major Milestone with Products Now Available through Spectrum Therapeutics
"Spectrum is a leader when it comes to revenue and market share in the online medical cannabis space and having Heritage products recognized by a market front-runner is a true nod to our products and Company," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "We are honoured and excited to have our products offered on the Spectrum platform and recognize this milestone as another defining moment in our trajectory and positive momentum we have achieved over the last few quarters."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-achieves-major-milestone-130000134.html
First the commercial supply partnership with Canopy Growth for bulk concentrates. Now the medical supply partnership with Canopy Growth subsidiary Spectrum Therapeutics for branded concentrates. They need to stop all the flirting and just get married already :)
Another big win for Heritage team. Canopy has a large medical cannabis patient base for Heritage to tap into. Latest number I found was 70,900 medical patients in 2020. Heritage products will surely get noticed being the first third-party concentrates offered to Canopy patients. Everybody likes new stuff and more choices :)
Heritage is really on a roll with new business from the big dogs Canopy Growth, Canna Cabana, and now Spectrum Therapeutics. This while continuing to introduce new products and increasing market share. Can't imagine how busy the team must be these days. The good kind of busy :) imho glta

RAD is one of the first to market with solventless live rosin carts. Expecting these to be big sellers at this value price. Liking the new single strain honey oil carts. Think BCCS forgot to label them Full Spectrum. Need that seal or you're just another cart. Seeing some new full spectrum single strain competition that they need to watch and possibly price match. Consumers will choose single strain over generic especially if it has a flavor or color in the strain name. Best selling carts are mostly flavor/color identified strains. Both are best. Think Blueberry Kush. Competition is heating up now so Heritage must stay agile and price flexible to continue growing market share. Heritage doing a great job with this so far. imho glta
Hey JC!!! Looking forward to the earnings too. The update said they would be 20-25% over last quarter. By my math that puts it around $6M. To Me that's really good for just the first year after the Premium 5 acquisition. Expecting big things is 2022. Fingers crossed :)
**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Announces Affiliate Endocanna Enters Strategic Partnership With OMNI Medical Services
"We are impressed with the advancements being made by Endocanna in helping medical cannabis patients discover their own unique responses to cannabinoids and terpenes," stated David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-announces-affiliate-endocanna-222600599.html
Agree with the CEO about the exciting potential of cannabinoids to treat COVID-19. A recent Oregon State study found CBDA and CBGA prevented coronavirus from entering human cells. **NEWS** 1933 Industries Announces Partnership Between Day One Beverages and USA Pickleball Association
"With the rapid emergence of the sport, we are excited to align Day One with such an amazing community of athletes and enthusiasts of the game. Day One is excited to introduce its efficacious & delicious line of CBD beverages with Pickleball athletes seeking post-match refreshment and recovery products," said Chris Clifford, Founder & CEO of Day One. "This is only just the beginning of our partnership with the Pickleball community. We are here to serve players around the country and look forward to releasing additional recovery products as our partnership expands," added Clifford.
"USA Pickleball is excited to be announcing this partnership with Day One Beverages, Inc., one of the fastest growing CBD brands in the nation," said Stu Upson, USA Pickleball CEO. "This partnership comes at an exciting time as the sport continues to grow at an exponential rate and more than 5 million players seek the best products to aid in their athletic performance to keep them healthy and active on the courts. We look forward to what's to come at both a recreational and competitive level with this partnership in 2022."

Didn't realize Pickleball was such a popular sport until now. Five million players is a lot of beverage consumers to tap. "With our debt refinancing now in place, we remain on the offense, growing revenue and closing 2021 with record market share driven through our core focus to elevate our consumer experience through quality combined with new, unique and innovative products" said Paul Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of Decibel. Stellar numbers all around!!! #2 brand in Ontario vape sales is outstanding. Fully expect Decibel to be acquired for their market share now that conventional financing is fully in place. To me the next few quarters will determine the selling price along with a reasonable amount of goodwill for building the brands. Would prefer they hit $20M quarterly then sell for 3 to 4 times the annual run rate. Seems reasonable to me :) glta
**NEWS** 1933 Industries Signs Binding Letter of Intent to Acquire Beverage Company Day One
Mr. Paul Rosen, Chairman and CEO of 1933 Industries stated, "The intended acquisition of Day One strategically positions the Company at the forefront of one of the fastest growing categories in the beverage space. CBD-infused beverages are part of the healthier for you movement targeted towards a health-conscious social consumer who wants a better alternative to high-sugar drinks. With strong distribution channels already in place and an innovative approach to marketing, we anticipate Day One to be a key revenue growth driver for the Company in the future. We are also very excited about the promising synergies between Day One's management team and distribution channels, and 1933's own Canna Hemp™ line of CBD wellness products".
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/1933-industries-signs-binding-letter-120000548.html
This news might not get much traction released on a down market day, but I like it. Especially with the recent news on hemp based concentrates as possible treatments for covid. If true 1933 and other hemp concentrate makers should experience a major increase in sales of CBDa & CBGa products. Now 1933 will have a beverage delivery system, which is much more user friendly than tincture bottles. This could be big for 1933 earnings. Fingers crossed :) glta

Also, Heritage got some new products into Ontario, which is no easy feat these days. They are supposed to launch on the 20th of this month...
Premium 5 CBD Mango Live Resin Baller Jar 3.5g $124.95
RAD Reserve Bubba Kush Blunt 5x1g $49.95
The CBD Mango Baller Jar is a unique product as far as I can tell. This is the first CBD Live Resin I've seen in Ontario and the first of any concentrate in a 3.5 gram "Baller Jar". Broken down by cost per gram makes it a great value. This should make all concentrate users happy with larger quantities at a lower price. If you buy more you should get a better price. Less packaging. Really like this entry into the Ontario market, and looking for more of the same in 2022. Also, this is the first Rad Reserve Pre-Roll available in Ontario. Liking the 5x1g format for more product in less packaging. Hopefully Ontario starts approving more products in 2022 than they did in 2021. Fingers Crossed :) glta..

Appears Decibel got their infused pre-rolls into Ontario...
Found this list on another message board showing upcoming releases in Ontario. Decibel's General Admission brand will be one of very few LP's with infused pre-rolls in Ontario, so they should be big sellers. They are also releasing another live resin vape cart using popular strain Orange Tingz. Lastly the premium milled flower selling for a value price sounds like a winner to me. Sometimes it's just easier and more convenient to buy it ground and ready to roll. Any product you can get into Ontario right now is like gold if they are what consumers want. Heritage now has a great selection of products in every price range. New products have really taken off since the acquisition of Premium 5 and the introduction of the RAD product line. Their Pura Vida line of Full Spectrum Vapes remain Top 20 best sellers on BCCS online. Heritage really came a long way with their own brands in 2021. Expecting 2022 to be more of the same with cannabis sales in Canada at all time highs.
Haven't heard anything from Heritage since the big news on its supply partnership with Canopy Growth. Heritage is usually pretty newsy so that's unusual to me. Maybe Canopy or someone else is kicking the tires to acquire a fast growing company with well known brands. They seem ripe for acquisition to me. Fingers crossed :) glta
**NEWS** Radient Announces Partnership with All Good for Cannabis Pre-Roll Production and Provides Shareholder Update
Radient now plans to produce and sell cannabis pre-roll products to licenced retailers in Canada. Pre-roll units will be packaged in a high quality 10-unit humidity protected box and will be marketed to discerning cannabis users.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/radient-announces-partnership-good-cannabis-233000101.html
Smart move going into pre-rolls with the category currently growing faster than dried flower, which is saturated at the moment. Also in demand are infused pre-rolls that are just getting started in Canada.
Happy to see they are staffing up to start producing pre-rolls right away. Sounds like the pre-roll launch will coincide with the launch of new HighGrade products, along with new Atomic EH products.
Wheels are rapidly turning at RTI. Big Congrats to the Radient team on the new partnership with All Good Collective. Like :) glta
**NEWS** Radient Announces Closing of Upsized Private Placement Financing and Announces Shares for Debt Settlements

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/radient-announces-closing-upsized-private-233000204.html
Glad to see Radient insiders taking part in the financing. Insiders don't usually invest their own cash without high hopes of getting it back, and then some. This is always a good sign to me.
This $2M cash infusion should go a long way building inventories for the higher volume spring and summer seasons. Harry doing a good job chipping away at the debt while still increasing production.
Feeling more confident now that they have added working capital for ramping up TRX and HighGrade products. Should be hearing something on the TRX acquisition soon. Fingers Crossed :) Happy New Year!!! glta
**NEWS** 1933 Industries Reports First Quarter 2022 Financial Results
Over Q1 2022, the Company continued to make strategic cost reductions across all divisions, with the goal of achieving consistent profitability. The Company successfully extended its convertible debt to mature in September 2022, reduced operating expenses by 45%, improved gross margins by 18%, and reduced net loss by 66% compared to Q1 2021.
The Company believes that the changes it has made in both its cultivation and post-harvest processes and procedures will result in increased flower capacity, consistency, and quality and that the Company remains on the right path to improve its growth and reach consistent profitability in fiscal 2022 and beyond.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/1933-industries-reports-first-quarter-223000027.html
Looks like 1933 has found a stable baseline of $2.5 million quarterly to build on. With a run rate now around $10M annually their current market cap seems pretty low to me. These cannabis company valuations seem crazy to me on a fundamental level.
Nice to see Paul brought in two cannabis industry veterans for sales and cultivation. I'm already seeing 1933 products in more stores. AMA is also posting frequently rooms full of healthy and fire looking flower getting ready for harvest. Fingers crossed 2022 will be profitable for 1933. Happy New Year!!!! glta
Agree Guns, Now they have the license they need to produce infused pre-rolls, which are big sellers in the US markets. Radient will be a first mover on this product in Canada if they act quickly.
With Radient's 3rd quarter coming to a close this month, I was happy to see Radient products were well stocked throughout the quarter. Especially in Alberta where they seem to have gained a foothold in the province. This is good because Alberta is second only to Ontario in cannabis sales. Expecting a much bigger quarter because of holiday sales.
To me Radient has all the pieces in place to grab 2.0 market share once TRX are officially onboard and ramping production. Hoping that happens soon to get more product to market asap. I'm sure TRX and HighGrade management understand that concentrate sales are 9% market share in mature markets like California, and that immature markets like Canada are barely scratching surface at around 1%.
Radient is on the ground floor of something big if they can just keep increasing sales. Hoping for a sneak peak at the Q3 holiday sales in a press release update. Fingers crossed :) Merry Christmas!!!! glta
Canadian recreational cannabis sales grow to CA$364.2 million in October
https://mjbizdaily.com/canadian-recreational-cannabis-sales-grow-to-ca364-2-million-in-october/
Looks like Planet 13 needs cultivators to feed their new California superstore. Expecting they will accelerate and enlarge the current expansion taking place at NGW to maximize production. With cannabis stocks trending down this seems like a reasonable deal to me. Especially since P13's share price is also low at the moment for the share exchange. The NGW team has done a great job growing, branding, and selling top shelf cannabis in California. Now they will have the finances to expand and go nationwide once legal. imho glta

Hey GreenIves!!! Liking that DB's market share is increasing in line with record cannabis sales. With cannabis having proven itself pandemic proof it's surprising that cannabis stocks have dropped this far. To me it's like investing in alcohol companies, during stressful times people drink more. Cannabis sales appear to be just as resilient with record sales being reported everywhere. DB has done a great job with their General Admission vape brand coming in at #2 in Ontario, BC, AB, and SK. These are the high margin sales I like to see :) Congrats to the team!!! glta
**NEWS** Radient Technologies Inc. Announces Q2 2022 Financial Results
Eli Katsakioris from TRX comments: "We are excited to be a part of RTI. Over the past twelve months RTI has become our home in the cannabis industry. After watching the dedication from the new management to moving this Company in a direction that we believe in, our decision to be part of that journey has been validated. With the relationships and brand recognition TRX has made in the cannabis space, along with our hand selected new brands and production lines, TRX believes RTI is poised to be a real leader in several product categories."
Rob Morrison, CEO of HighGrade comments: "We are excited to bring our experience and expertise to Radient. We are looking forward to raising the bar in the Hydrocarbon and Distillation in the Canadian market, bringing our Highgrade brands to retail shelves in 2022, as well as working with RTI's existing brands. Hey Guns, this is the good news we've been waiting for. Now Radient will have cannabis experts running the show. Harry did a great job getting Radient's financial house in order enough to get these deals done. Hoping the market will show some love when it's officially announced sometime this month. Fingers crossed. With HighGrade & TRX now deeply involved, Radient's the future looks much brighter to me :) glta
**NEWS** 1933 Industries Reports Fourth Quarter and Annual Financial Results for Fiscal Year 2021
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/1933-industries-reports-fourth-quarter-011800228.html
Looks to me like Rosen finally got 1933's debt and expenses substantially under control. Traded out the high cost 2020 revenues for higher margin 2021 revenues. Almost dollar for dollar revenue wise. Liking that Planet 13 is still stocking lots of AMA products and recently announced another record quarter. Vegas appears to be coming back strong. Like :) Looking forward to improving revenues in the 1933 Q1 report in 30 days. glta
Solid quarter from Decibel Cannabis, says Raymond James
Calgary-based Decibel Cannabis Company (Decibel Cannabis Stock Quote, Charts, Financials, News CVE:DB) just delivered third quarter earnings which registered top and bottom line beats of estimates from Raymond James analyst Rahul Sarugaser, and Sarugaser reviewed the results in an update to clients on Thursday where he reiterated his “Outperform 2” rating for the stock.
https://www.cantechletter.com/2021/11/solid-quarter-from-decibel-cannabis-says-raymond-james/
Liking the analysts projection of $96 million in 2022, with a EV/Revenue of 1.4x. Numbers big cannabis companies would love to have, and maybe they could for the right price :) Happy to see Raymond James remains bullish on Decibel :) glta

**NEWS** Decibel Announces Third Quarter Results with Strong Net Revenue Growth and Re-Appointment of Director
"Decibel's continued growth is a testament to our consumer focused approach, the strength of our brands, and our dedication towards producing high quality products for our customers", said Paul Wilson, CEO of Decibel. "We are closing out 2021 with strong momentum as we launch 40 new products, elevate the experience our products create for consumers, and innovate to meet cannabis consumers' evolving preferences."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/decibel-announces-third-quarter-results-130000198.html
Happy to see Decibel made it 5 for 5 positive EBITDA quarters. Really impressive 12.9% market share in the vape and concentrate categories across four major provinces. These are high margin products that can be consistently reproduced for the mass market. Flower has major variables on how each harvest turns out. DB seems to understand cannabis companies need product consistency to retain customers and build brand loyalty. Concentrates can do that in ways flower just can't. Glad to see Decibels Cannabis 2.0 sales becoming the majority of their revenue. To me this was another positive step in the right direction for the company. Congrats to the decibel team on another big quarter. glta

These are just the easiest Radient products to find online and not all inclusive. I'll start checking the Atlantic Provinces next. Quick look I already see Atomic EH Vapes and Shatter in New Brunswick.
Fortunately Radient is getting products on shelves when others are hitting brick walls. It's not easy getting products accepted by the provinces right now. Especially the biggest market Ontario, who moves at a snails pace.
To me Radient has gotten more than their fair share of SKU's into the market for a smallish concentrate maker. If they can keep up the pace maybe good things can finally happen for long suffering Radient. Fingers crossed :) glta

I'll post Radient products in BC and ONT soon. Radient could have a surprising quarter with this much product on the market. imho glta
Radient Technologies Inc. Releases 2021 Fiscal Year End Financial Results and Provides Corporate Update
"This is an incredibly exciting time for Radient as we are just getting started on several key revenue-generating initiatives that we believe will be reflected in our financial statements moving forward," said Harry Kaura, CEO of Radient. "Aside from fortifying several key strategic partnerships and launching new Radient-branded products which have continued to be enthusiastically received by cannabis consumers, a key focus for the Company during fiscal 2021 was reducing our capital and operating expenses, which we have successfully achieved. I look forward to what the year ahead holds for the Company and I would like to thank our shareholders for their ongoing support."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/radient-technologies-inc-releases-2021-121500832.html
Hey JP68, looks like Radient is finally on the right track producing their own brands and selling directly to the provinces. With concentrates starting to take off in Canada I'm taking a starter position.
The new CEO seems to be getting their financial house in order. To me Radient's extraction IP alone is worth their current market cap. They will still need to increase sales, and I'm seeing more Radient products online than ever before.
JP, Thanks for all the DD you've posted here. GL to you & GLTA :)

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Signs Commercial Agreement With Canopy Growth Corp. and Completes First Shipment of Bulk Live Resin
“I am honoured that Heritage is being recognized by Canopy and was selected as the pre-eminent commercial partner to supply their bulk concentrates,” said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. “We are excited to launch this relationship as it demonstrates our depth and breadth of experience in cannabis extraction and provides a high gross margin revenue stream to our well-established platform – one that we will continue to grow through a number of additional commercial relationships
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20211115005226/en/Heritage-Cannabis-Signs-Commercial-Agreement-With-Canopy-Growth-Corp.-and-Completes-First-Shipment-of-Bulk-Live-Resin
OMG!!! I was just saying Heritage was doing a great job bringing in new business, but this takes it to a new level. This will be a huge account for Heritage to supply, and will only grow larger as cannabis concentrates continue to expand market share. Heritage is now Canopy's pre-eminent commercial partner for bulk concentrates. I like the sound of that. Congrats to David & Clint, and the entire Heritage team on this big win!!!
**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Announces a Two-Year Definitive Agreement with Leading Alberta Brand, Violet Tourist
“We are thrilled to have executed this Agreement with BRNT as it provides us with control of a brand in Alberta that has proven its ability to capture market in Canada’s second largest market by revenue. Without a cash outlay or issuance of Heritage shares, we secure exclusive cannabis 2.0 rights to Violet Tourist branded products in Alberta and retain control to expand distribution of the brand across the Country and into cannabis 1.0 formats over the duration of the Agreement,” said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage.
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20211109005982/en/Heritage-Cannabis-Announces-a-Two-Year-Definitive-Agreement-with-Leading-Alberta-Brand-Violet-Tourist
Liking this creative partnership that should benefit both companies without large capital outlays or shareholder dilution. Smart to look for popular local brands that need a national distributor like Heritage to expand their footprint. Now Heritage will be producing branded products for Canna Cabana and Violet Tourist. Heritage team doing a great job landing new business. Like :) glta
**NEWS** Decibel Announces Launch Into New Product Category, Infused Pre-Rolls
"We are incredibly excited to launch the first series of our infused pre-rolls under the General Admission brand" said Warren Matzelle, Decibel Sr. Vice President of Innovation & Retail. "This brand extension of the 2nd ranked vape brand in Canada, brings together the potency and flavours consumers love in our General Admission vapes in a convenient and innovative pre-roll format."
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/decibel-announces-launch-into-new-product-category-infused-pre-rolls-301420875.html
Infused pre-rolls are a great marriage of flower and concentrates. Both of which Decibel produces in-house. Decibel will be one of the first movers on this so they should grab some good market share. Like they did with concentrates.
Hey GreenIves!!! Pretty cool that Decibel now has the #2 Vape Brand in Canada. We where there when all they had was potential. Decibel has really come a long way in a short amount of time. Congrats to team DB :) glta
**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Announces Record Sales in Q4 and Continued Cost Management Driving the Company towards Positive Cash Flow
“Heritage has continued to outpace our larger peers in sales growth, and we don’t plan on slowing down”, commented David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. “The growth in sales and prudent cost management we have undertaken in the past few months are driving the Company towards positive cash flow as early as the beginning of calendar 2022. Our portfolio expansion of 34 skus in the flower and preroll categories, the largest segments of the market, will see results start to take shape in the coming quarters. Building a strong, self sufficient and sustainable business does not occur without strong business practices, and I am excited to see that we are within striking distance of accomplishing this in the cannabis sector.”
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20211108005427/en/Heritage-Cannabis-Announces-Record-Sales-in-Q4-and-Continued-Cost-Management-Driving-the-Company-towards-Positive-Cash-Flow
Another record quarter for the Heritage team!!! Congrats!!! Looks like CANN will top $6,000,000 if they beat Q3 by 20%-25%. By comparison cannabis giant Aurora only reported $19M in recreational revenue, but sells for 125 times the share price of Heritage. Their Market cap is $1.5 Billion compared to $48 Million for Heritage. So Heritage is projecting cash flow positive in early 2022, Aurora and Canopy sometime in 2023. Unfortunately these cash burning mammoths are dragging down the high performing small caps with them. Someday investors will wise up. Until then still leisurely adding to my stack. glta

**NEWS** Decibel to Announce Third Quarter Results on November 18
CALGARY, AB, Nov. 1, 2021 /CNW/ - Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. (the "Company" or "Decibel") (TSX-V: DB) (OTCQB: DBCCF), a premium cannabis producer, is pleased to announce the Company will release its 2021 third quarter financial results and related management discussion and analysis on November 18, 2021 before markets open.
https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/decibel-announce-third-quarter-results-120000104.html
Now that Decibel has economies of scale with Thunderchild they can lower prices to gain more market share without excessive sales force expenses. Price is still the driving force behind cannabis sales followed by THC percentage. Right now it's much more cost effective to lower prices to gain market share than hiring a expensive in-house sales force. Store owners on Reddit say they don't want to be bothered by salesmen during working hours anyway.
Many companies are quietly using social media to promote their products on the cheap. Now that Qwest has established itself as a ultra-premium brand they can lower prices without incurring the value brand stigma. Looking forward to DB's upcoming earnings report. Fingers crossed for another profitable quarter :) glta

Qwest hitting it out of the park at Thunderchild. Great news that Thunderchild is now producing very high numbers for THC and Terpenes. These products should be big sellers in Ontario. Congrats to the Decibel team for continuing to produce top shelf flower on a much larger scale at Thunderchild. glta
