"As one of the only Canadian companies selling their branded product in the United States, we are thrilled to be successfully expanding our footprint into more states and getting a foothold in the early recreational market in New York with this inaugural sale," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "The states where we are selling products offer a faster path to profitability with stronger margins than those under the Canadian model. We see enormous potential in the New York market and with these strong margins and capital efficient approach we intend to have a strong presence in the state."

Heritage Cannabis Reports Q3 2023 Financial Results
"We are highly focused on the strategic vision of driving sustainable growth across the organization through increasing market penetration with our brands and diversifying our revenue channels. These activities contribute to growing revenue and gross margin, which we have seen successfully occur again this quarter, including a 47% increase in gross margin over Q3 2022," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Paired with this strategy, we are maximizing efficiencies and fine-tuning our production, as well as continuing to penetrate our U.S. markets which are gaining strength showing over $3.2 million in sales thus far in Missouri and West Virginia combined. These strategies are setting the stage for our Company as we continue to grow in our home market and explore international opportunities."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-reports-q3-2023-201500527.html
Agree that the US markets are where Heritage should focus until cannabis tax relief takes place in Canada. Looking forward to seeing more and more higher margin US sales coming from MO, WV, and now NY. Looks like Heritage is off to a good start with $3.2 million in US sales, even with the initial raw material shortages in Missouri. Seeing much more RAD product available now that cannabis cultivation in MO has increased to meet concentrate makers demand. Happy to hear that Heritage products are now being sold in New York!!! Congrats to the Heritage team for getting it done in time for holiday sales!!! GLTA

Hey GreenIves, Hope you had a great summer!!!! It looks like Decibel did with this new international partnership and reporting record market share putting them in second place a few weeks ago. Hoping for 1st Place next report, with Decibels Tiger Blood Pre-rolls currently in 1st Place in 3 Provinces things are looking good to me!!! Congrats to the team!!!

Decibel Announces Record Second Quarter Results with $30.9 Million of Net Revenue, $7.3 Million of Adjusted EBITDA, and Positive Free Cash Flow
"Our strong second quarter sequential net revenue growth, driven by demand for our core products and international exports, continues to exceed our publicly-stated targets." said Paul Wilson, CEO of Decibel. Currently the infused pre-roll segment makes up ~34% of the Canadian pre-roll category3, in established US markets it makes up ~60% (California & Arizona YTD Sales '233). We continue to see tailwinds for our core business that will further reinforce our Canadian market position and international presence."

**NEWS** 1933 Industries Reports Third Quarter 2023 Financial Results
Mr. Paul Rosen, Chairman and CEO of 1933 Industries commented, "I am pleased to report on the substantial completion of the upgrade of the irrigation and humidification systems in our cultivation facility. This infrastructure undertaking was a necessary step to increase production of high-quality flower and trim for our sought-after cannabis products, which are consistently ranked as top sellers in Nevada. The upgrade will continue into the current quarter and is important for our long-term growth. Despite the construction in progress, we increased our revenue from the previous quarter. Demand for the Company's AMA products remains strong and has continued to accelerate into the current quarter."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/1933-industries-reports-third-quarter-211700998.h
Glad to hear from Paul that demand for their products remains strong. This is backed up by recent Headset reports that currently show AMA with the #1 (Sierra Candy) and #3 (Jacked Gorilla) Pre-rolls in Nevada. They've been consistently in the Headset Top 5 for Pre-rolls all spring and summer. Also NUWU, the largest dispensary in Vegas, currently has 4 AMA infused Pre-rolls in their Top 15 sorted by popularity including, #5 Amnesia Trance, #10 Giga Bud, #11 Wedding Cake, and #15 Primitivo. AMA also has 7 of the Top 25 most popular concentrates at NUWU with 40+ currently in stock.
Looks to me like AMA has more product at NUWU than any other dispensary, Maybe it's because they sell more since they already allow consumption and don't charge sales tax? Hard to know their sales since they are a private company. I'm guessing more than Planet 13 because of their advantages to customers. Reports say Vegas should have more consumption lounges open before years end. Fingers crossed :) Like that 1933 increased revenues when other cannabis co's are reporting declines. Congrats to the whole 1933 team for creating and marketing all these popular products. GLTA

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Begins Manufacturing For New York Recreational Market with Products Available in the State this August
"The New York market has enormous potential, and I am thrilled that the production of RAD branded products has started up in the state," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our U.S. roll-out strategy has a low cash requirement, providing an efficient entry into growing markets and faster path to profitability. Using a methodical approach when entering new markets has worked to Heritage’s benefit, where we can properly and successfully establish a brand and see the growth that follows. The timing of Heritage entering the New York market now, allows us to focus on the launch of our brand and establish Heritage for growth as the market matures."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-begins-manufacturing-york-131400371.html
Looks like another big revenue stream about to come online for the company. Really happy with all the latest achievements including another solid quarter of revenues and shipping its first products to Austrailia. Missouri cannabis sales still appear to be going strong restrained only by flower shortages that reports say will ease soon. Really looking forward to seeing how fast the New York market takes off. Congrats to the team on all their recent successes!!! Like :) GLTA
**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Entering the Recreational Cannabis-Infused Beverage Vertical
"Through a partnership with BevCanna, Heritage will help boost the distribution and accelerate sales of BevCanna products, including one of Canada’s favourites - Keef Cola. This partnership introduces a new vertical and revenue stream for Heritage in an efficient manner, using our well established distribution network in Canada," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Cannabis-infused beverages are a strong volume product with solid margins, and will be a great addition to our portfolio of offerings."

Seems like a good asset light way to add beverages to your distribution menu to me. Keef is a popular brand in the US so hopefully it will be easy to sell to dispensaries in Canada along with other Heritage products. Congrats to the Heritage team for bringing in new partners!!!!! glta

"We've started the year off with another strong quarter that represents both significant year over year acceleration as well as sequential growth." said Paul Wilson, CEO of Decibel. "Our New, Unique and Innovative products, assortments and formats continue to resonate with both new and existing customers. This provides ample momentum as we approach a number of material and additional catalysts this summer, when we expect to build market share and brand position in Canada, and in turn continue to leverage our business internationally".
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/decibel-announces-first-quarter-results-120000707.html
Hey GreenIves!!!! Happy to see another record setting quarter from the Decibel Team. Especially liking Decibel at #3 in market share. Only two spots left to reach the top!!!!
Looks like they sold close to half a million dollars a day in Decibel products according to my math. That's pretty wild considering they were a brand new company with half built facilities just a few years ago. DB was smart and focused on the automated production of concentrates with repeatable high quality results and the strong effects customers want. Looks like it's paying off in a big way with rapidly improving gross margins!!!! Like :) Congrats to the team on another record setting quarter. Good Luck GreenIves & GLTA :)

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Entering the New York Recreational Market with Products Available in the State this Summer
"This is an ideal time to be introducing Heritage’s recreational cannabis products to the state of New York as the official start of legalized cannabis sales begin. With strong market growth projected in New York, Heritage can capture a piece of this market with our well developed, well recognized RAD branded products," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our U.S. strategy continues to grow as previously communicated and we are finding capital efficient ways to do it."

Since the company is projecting this for Summer they could be well along in the process. Fingers crossed :) Expect we will get more details as launch approaches.
If Heritage products are as popular in NY as MO then they could do really well. I'm hoping really really well :) Currently at the popular Cookies Dispensary in St Louis Heritage has 5 of the Top 10 Pre-rolls when sorted by potency or popularity. Like!!!! **NEWS** 1933 Industries Reports Second Quarter 2023 Financial Results and Announces Ester Vigil as President
Mr. Paul Rosen, Chairman and CEO of 1933 Industries commented, "Wholesale pricing pressure continues to impact cultivators in Nevada, with lower sale prices on cannabis products experienced across the industry. In addition, the Company has chosen to deal with some legacy infrastructure issues that compressed our overall capacity this quarter. During the reporting period, the Company continued to focus on strengthening its operation. Necessary and essential infrastructure improvements to the Company's cultivation facility, including improvements to the facility's irrigation, air movement and humidification systems have been initialized and are well underway. A build-up of inventory will be the Company's priorities in the following quarters in order to increase the production of sellable dried flower and pre-rolls. We expect flower prices to stabilize in the near future, and we expect as well that the launch of consumption lounges will create a new attraction for visitors to the state and expand cannabis-related tourism. The Company is well positioned to benefit from increased demand, flower price stabilization, and the strength of its top brand and in-demand products that deliver excellent value to consumers.
Operationally, the Company has made substantial improvements in lowering its debt load, reducing expenses, and conserving its working capital over the last several quarters. The Company recorded positive Adjusted EBITDA for a second quarter in a row, a milestone in the Company's history."
https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/decibel-announces-end-fourth-quarter-110000653.html
I'm liking the 52% increase over last year for the last six months. Also liking the second consecutive quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA. To me $9.2 million in sales over six months with positive EBITDA is a big success to build on. Especially considering where things were when Paul took over. Hopefully the reported facility upgrades have already started to increase supply to Nevada dispensaries. Hoping for some really big spring and summer quarters. Fingers crossed :) Congrats to the team on their successes in 2022!!! Good luck to all moving forward :)

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Receives First Purchase Order and Is Set to Begin Shipments of CBD Products to Brazil
"We are very pleased to be in a position to expand our products and brands on a global scale, and to be working with a well recognized partner and their large distribution network in Brazil," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "This is just a starting point for Heritage in Brazil as we are in the process of establishing a long-term supply agreement for CBD products which will also include access to our entire THC product portfolio once medical use cannabis becomes fully legalized in Brazil."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-receives-first-purchase-110000903.html
Glad to see Heritage is ready to ship product to Brazil pending Health Canada approval. Liking the move to establish long-term supply agreements with in country partners for stability. Another ground floor opportunity for Heritage like with other recent moves in Australia, WV, and MO. Smart move to look beyond Canada's currently over saturated cannabis market, but was happy to see Heritage increased gross margins even in this difficult environment in last weeks report. Like!!!
Excited to see the upcoming results of the new US revenue stream that really just got started in February. All reports from MO say cannabis sales are booming and cultivators and manufacturers are ramping up for the unexpected demand. So far Heritage RAD products have remained consistently in stock but not always in all size options. Tracking online inventory at the popular Cookies dispensary in St Louis shows RAD vapes and Pre-Rolls consistently in the top of their categories in popularity. Even more so at Heritage partner 3Fifteen Primo Dispensaries. So a BIG Congrats to the team on keeping their hit products in stock and popular with MO customers. Looking forward to hearing more about this market. GLTA!!!!

Marijuana shortage leads to soaring prices in Missouri
The CEO and co-founder of one of the biggest marijuana manufacturers in the Midwest, Franklin Stash House, said it’s time to ramp up production and support the demand that exists here in the Midwest.
“So, that demand has flooded in from all the Midwest,” Michael Wilson said. “You compound that with NFL Draft and World Cup coming our way, and it’s time to prepare for Kansas City to really be the center for cannabis in the Midwest. And, I think that’s really what you’re seeing right now.”
https://www.kctv5.com/2023/03/23/marijuana-shortage-leads-soaring-prices-missouri/
Just a quick look at Heritage partner 3Fifteen Primo's website shows plenty of products available including RAD vapes. Looks like they were better prepared for legalization than some of their competitors. The Cookies Dispensary website shows RAD as the most popular live resin cart currently available. Didn't realize eight states border MO with only one high priced legal state as competition. Liking this Midwest opportunity more and more as news gets better and better. Like :)
Also liking the recent Brazil export opportunity. It appears that Brazil is currently medical only with almost all cannabis products imported. Seems like a good asset light opportunity to export Heritage products manufactured in-house to Brazil, or anywhere else they can make it work financially. AMA Currently #1 In Nevada Pre-Roll Category...
Happy to see current Headset data showing AMA's Cookies and Chem as Top Pre-Roll in Nevada. Now with consumption lounges finally approved pre-rolls should be big sellers because of the convenience factor. With AMA currently top dog in pre-rolls I'm hoping they get lots of orders from newly opened lounges looking for quality value options for their customers. AMA also has the #6 selling pre-roll with their Dosi Face 1 gram option.
Liking the new Level X Premium Whole Flower releases including high THC BioJesus @ 27.16%, Ice Cream Cake @ 27.55, Grand Cru @ 25.71%, and Funeral Cake @ 25.02%. Hopefully we will be seeing some of these in the Nevada Top 10 soon. Also liking all the new concentrate flavors released just before consumption lounges open. **NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Provides Update on Missouri Recreational Launch
"Our U.S. strategy is truly taking shape now and as we see this level of success in our current markets we will continue to look to grow our footprint in a similar capital efficient manner in new states where we can take advantage of further high gross margin revenue streams," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "We have seen a very strong positive reaction to our market leading products that we’ve launched to date and will be adding another wave of recreational focused products in the coming weeks that will contribute to Heritage being cash flow positive in the U.S.."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-provides-missouri-recreational-131800887.html
To me limited license markets like Missouri are golden compared to unlimited license markets like Canada due to simple supply and demand factors. Currently you have 104 vape cart brands listed on the OCS. Compare that with only 16 vape cart brands listed at the popular Cookies dispensary in St Louis. Considering that Ontario recently reported $147 million in monthly sales compared to Missouri's first month $103 million, the opportunity is obviously bigger in Missouri for first movers like Heritage simply due to less competition. Cannabis companies are making bank in limited license Florida using the same basic model. Like :)
I expect with today's news of Missouri's neighbor Oklahoma voting down recreational cannabis even more people will be flocking to MO for cannabis tourism. Missouri is surrounded by states without rec availability, and dispensary owners are reporting lots of out of state tags. Missouri could turn into the Amsterdam of the mid west. Missouri is turning out to be a much bigger market than I expected so glad to hear more popular RAD SKU's are on the way. Excited for the Heritage teams opportunity in Big MO :) Always IMHO GLTA!!!!

**NEWS**Heritage Cannabis Receives Purchase Order to Ship First Live Resin Products to Australia
"Heritage is becoming a well-known entity around the globe for our best-in-class concentrate products as evidenced by this order. We are experiencing an increased amount of requests for our concentrates from other international buyers," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our concentrates are our bread and butter, and we have the execution, innovation and quality that people are looking for. This is the start of a strong and growing relationship and we are excited to be capitalizing on this market opportunity, with additional shipments already in the preparation phase. With our superior products we are confident that our trademark resins will be well received down under."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-receives-purchase-order-130500930.html
Who would have expected Heritage to be the first LP to ship live resin to Australia. Much bigger Canadian LP's have tried and failed to crack this highly regulated market. This now goes along with Heritage selling the first Canadian THC products in the US achievement.
On that happy topic Missouri just announced first months cannabis sales exceeded $100 million dollars. This eclipsed much larger legal rec neighbor Illinois by more than double. Now some projections are for one billion in sales this year in MO. Like :)
Gives you a good picture of how big the legal rec market is in the US. One small states sales are equal to all of Australia. Still you want to get your foot in the door because if Australia ever goes legal it will be huge. Congrats to the Heritage team for getting their foot in the door :) Well Done!!! GLTA!!!

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Reports Q4 2022 and Year-End Financial Results, Achieving Continued Growth in Top-Line Revenue and Gross Margin for the Quarter, and Year-Over-Year Revenue Growth of 125%
"We are very pleased to have achieved another quarter of top line revenue growth that signals the success of our products in market, and with year-over-year revenue growth of 125% we are demonstrating our ability to execute a sustainable growth story. We saw significant growth in gross margins year over year despite the challenging regulatory environment within the cannabis industry. The market continues to be burdened by overcapacity, lack of tax reform and regulation constraints, however we have continued to grow through innovative product launches as well as new brand introduction," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "In particular we remain at the forefront of innovation with our newly launched ‘Thrifty’ brand and expect a similar market response to the wildly successful ‘RAD’ brand we launched in 2021. Our strength in the preroll and vape & concentrate categories is a testament to both our ability to be nimble in the market while continuing to produce quality products in a crowded market. Our U.S. ventures have successfully launched, and already operating on a cashflow positive basis. We are looking forward to continuing to build on the success of 2022 in 2023 and are exploring new revenue channels both in the U.S and internationally."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-reports-q4-2022-234000724.html
Great news that Heritage is already cash flow positive in the US. RAD currently has the two most popular vapes at the trendy celebrity owned Cookies Dispensary in St. Louis, including #1 Icy Fresh and #2 Something Fruity. RAD Live Resin Carts are also in the top tier of this category when sorted by popularity. Of course RAD products are doing very well in popularity at all Heritage partner 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis Dispensaries statewide. To me they are off to a fantastic start in Missouri that's just getting started.
Was also happy to see continuing growth in sales during a period of sales decreases for most cannabis companies. The major improvement in gross margins was good to see for sure. Discounting the end of year house cleaning write down of goodwill carried over from more exuberant times this report looks promising to me. What's important to me right now is top line growth in sales that build the brand while remaining fiscally prudent with every dollar on the way to profitability. Considering the onerous tax structure in Canada any progress by cannabis companies is to be applauded. So lets hear it for the Heritage Team, Hoo Raa!!!! GLTA!!!!

Opening weekend saw pot sales soar to nearly $13 million across Missouri
Missouri dispensaries sold nearly $12.7 million of cannabis in just three days, despite many potential customers not realizing it had become legal. The state began issuing recreational-sales licenses on Friday, when the widespread anticipation had been that the licenses would be issued on Monday.

Sounds like they got off to a great start with Heritage products available from the start. RAD Vape Carts are for sale now at all 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis Dispensaries statewide. They are also available at the one Cookies Dispensary in St Louis. This national chain has plans to grow in Missouri so hopefully Heritage products will be in all of them. Great work by the sales team getting products in a The Cookies Store.
RAD carts currently in stock include Blue Razz, Tropical Tornado, Icy Fresh and Something Fruity. Also available RAD Live Resin Carts including Pink Lemonberry and Chimp Mint. Prices are equal to or lower than other similar products so I'm hoping for some big sales numbers here at the beginning of full legalization hysteria :)
The timing couldn't have been better to get product to market on day one. Looking forward to seeing a full range of RAD products introduced, especially infused pre-rolls that are booming in popularity everywhere. Now it's the sales and marketing teams time to shine and sell using more company friendly advertising rules than in Canada.
Congrats to the Heritage Team for making Missouri happen. Now onward and upward in 2023!!!! GLTA!!!!

**NEWS** Decibel Provides Preliminary Record Level Q4 2022 Results and 2023 Outlook
Decibel has continued its market share gains, becoming the third largest LP in Canada by market share and the fastest growing large LP with 77% growth in 2022. We remained focused on developing consumer loyalty and category expansion supported through refinement of differentiation within our products. By creating demand, it led to an abundance of attractive investment opportunities by way of automation and supply chain optimization, leading to record level gross margin in the back half of the year. Through these steps, we've grown Decibel's top and bottom line substantially, capping off the year with record level results. We are steadfast in our strategic plan that has driven our recent success, while remaining nimble to navigate a highly dynamic Canadian marketplace and ever-growing international landscape.

Hey GreenIves!!!! Another record quarter on the way!!!! Nice of Decibel to give us a heads up so we don't have to wait so long for the Q4 numbers. It's getting to the point where I'd be surprised if every quarter isn't a record setter.
According to recent Headset data Decibel now has 5 of the Top 10 selling vapes in Ontario, including #1 Tiger Blood, #2 Peach Ringz, #4 Honeydew Boba, #6 Strawnana, and #7 Maui Wowie. Decibel's Tiger Blood Vape Cart is also the #1 selling cart in BC and Alberta.
Decibel also has 3 of the Top 10 selling Pre-rolls in Ontario including #4 Taster Pack, #7 Tiger Blood, and #8 Peach Ringz. Plus 3 in the Top 5 in BC including #1 Peach Ringz, #2 Tiger Blood, and #5 Peach Ringz (3 pack). In Alberta they have the Top 2 pre-rolls with #1 Tiger Blood and #2 Peach Ringz.
With these results it's no surprise that DB is the fastest growing large LP with 77% growth in 2022. Decibel was smart to invest in automation early on with the result being higher gross margins now and in the future. Glad to hear they continue to invest in automation and supply chain optimization. Congrats to Team Decibel on another record quarter!!!! Looking forward to more of the same in 2023!!!! Good Luck GreenIves and GLTA!!!!

More Great News GreenIves!!!! Focusing on infused products from the beginning is now paying off big time for the company. On Reddit OCS store owners say General Admission Infused Pre-Rolls are selling like crazy. Customers seem to love their flavor profiles which is a testament to the R&D Team at The Plant.
Pretty wild that DB has now passed by some of the biggest names in cannabis. They've come a long way in a short amount of time by understanding that great flavor and strong effects are what customers want most of all. Along with reproducible consistency and a fair price of course.
Hey GreenIves, DB only needs to jump two more LP's to be Number One :) Congrats to the team!!!! GLTA
Radient Announces Q2 2023 Financial Results
Radient continues to implement its restructuring plan. The Company intends to focus on the Company's hydrocarbon concentrate product lines and may likely cease the production of cannabis pre-rolls products. Sales of hydrocarbon concentrates continue to improve, and the Company is receiving repeat-customer orders and positive product reviews.

It's been six weeks since this news so I'm hoping the restructuring with the lender is taking place. We know the products are popular because they are Top 10 in SK, and have been for months. To me the $1+ million quarter was respectable considering the circumstances. Hopefully we get positive news on the loan restructuring so they can continue to build on it. Fingers Crossed :) GLTA

**NEWS** 1933 Industries Announces First Quarter 2023 Financial Results and Reports Record Revenue of $5.64 Million
Paul Rosen, Chairman and CEO of 1933 Industries commented, "We are pleased to announce measurable operational results. The Company achieved the highest quarterly revenue in the Company's history, recorded positive adjusted EBITDA, and increased gross margins before fair value adjustments, demonstrating that the Company is on the right track. AMA branded products are regularly listed as the top selling cannabis products in Nevada. Strategic relationships with wholesale dispensaries, higher volume of cannabis products and a disciplined approach to reducing expenses have led to a strong quarterly performance. Although competitive wholesale flower pricing pressure continues to impact producers in Nevada, the measures that we have implemented have resulted in significant progress towards executing on our goals."
https://www.accesswire.com/733387/1933-Industries-Announces-First-Quarter-2023-Financial-Results-and-Reports-Record-Revenue-of-564-Million
Happy to see 1933's value strategy is paying off with record sales. Especially when Planet 13 reported a down quarter recently. Tells me customers are looking for value plus quality and 1933 appears to be filling that need. I'll be surprised if someone doesn't buy 1933 now that they are grabbing market share from overpriced overrated competitors who are losing it. Congrats to the team on a great quarter!!!! Happy New Year!!!! GLTA :)
**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Ships First Products to Missouri Dispensaries
“With the recent successful legalization of cannabis in the state of Missouri we are thrilled to be ahead of the curve with products on shelves ready to serve both medical and recreational consumer groups in the State,” said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. “Our U.S. strategy is adding a high gross margin revenue stream to the business using an asset light approach in partnership with existing local license holders, and as a market leader and innovator we continue to launch new products to capture a substantial share of early shelf space in these burgeoning markets.”

Nice way to bring in the new year with this Missouri news. Liking that this one state is equal to 25% of the entire Canadian market. With just a few more they would equal then surpass Canadian market customer numbers. With much less burdensome taxes than you find in Canada. Still optimistic about cannabis in Canada if they get tax relief. In the meantime I'm liking their US strategy. Congrats to the team for the first time in 2023!!!! Hoping to pass out many more in the new year :) Happy New Year Everybody!!! GLTA
**NEWS** 1933 Industries Reports Fourth Quarter and Annual Financial Results for Fiscal Year 2022
Under current leadership the Company has stabilized its operations and decreased expenses from the previous year by $1.9 million, without compromising revenue. During fiscal 2022, the enhancements made to the Company's cannabis cultivation facility resulted in the doubling of yield from its previous year and provided the necessary input material to increase its production of extracted products. The Company has proven to be an experienced operator with a well-positioned cultivation facility that can continue to scale. As the market normalizes to pre-Covid levels, the Company will continue to find ways to operate more efficiently to increase revenues and achieve profitability.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/1933-industries-reports-fourth-quarter-023500904.html
Considering the inflationary strain on consumers wallets in 2022 the company still managing to post a revenue gain for the year is positive to me. Pretty strong considering AMA customer Planet 13 just reported sequential revenues down 22%. Also encouraging for the upcoming end of December Q1 report is 1933's reported 34% increase in concentrate sales in 2022.
In stressful tight money times it makes sense that customers would want the most bang for their buck, and AMA's significant increase in concentrate sales seems to bare this out. Studies show maturing cannabis consumers move more and more to cannabis concentrates for stronger better tasting results. Stats show infused pre-rolls are the fastest growing category of all and are expected to be big sellers in Vegas consumption lounges. AMA also produces Top 10 selling regular pre-rolls including #6 SinMint Cookies, and #7 Scarlett Johansson.
To Me these annual numbers reflect the normal summer slowdown in Vegas and all the ugly write downs built up through previous managements. Still believe Paul and the team are on the right track featuring exotic cultivars infused with exotic concentrate combinations at reasonable prices locals can afford. When prices get back to normal AMA will benefit from all the market share they gained selling top shelf product at value prices. IMHO :)
Looking more forward to the fall Q1 numbers coming up end of December. They started Q1 with over $5 million in inventory so hopefully they sold through that and then some. Believe we will get a better look at a much cleaner 2023 balance sheet more reflective of current sales. Liking that the company remains optimistic and says they are confident for strong growth in 2023.
Fingers crossed for strong Q1 numbers. glta

Hey GreenIves!!!! Loving the record $28 million in product sales with increasing margins.Puts them over $100 million annual run rate for the first time. Not surprising if you've been watching DB consistently dominate the Headset Top 10 Vapes in Ontario for months now. Decibel's General Admission Vapes also hold the #1 and #2 spots in Alberta, and BC. The #1 Vape in all three provinces is GA's Peach Ringz, which is a testament to DB's consumer research team.
Liking the recent news of Decibel product shipped to Israel. Smart establishing a European Union supply chain before they go recreational. **NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Poised to Grow U.S. Revenue Stream as Missouri Vote Passes Amendment to Legalize Recreational Cannabis
"The timing of this couldn’t be more perfect with production up and running in Missouri and products ready to ship imminently. We are very pleased with this market development and Heritage is poised to capture market share with our established brands and formulations, adding a high gross margin revenue stream to the business," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Missouri is expected to see strong growth as legalization takes shape and Heritage is well positioned to capture a piece of this burgeoning medical and recreational market. Our leadership team is focused heavily on the State and the opportunities that it presents the Company."
https://www.yahoo.com/now/heritage-cannabis-poised-grow-u-122600882.html
This is BIG BIG BIG!!! I'm guessing Heritage will have about a year of light competition while Missouri goes through the required lottery for new licenses. Then those new licensees will have to build and equip new manufacturing facilities, which is a slow process due to current supply chain issues, building codes, and safety regulations. Fortunately Heritage has accomplished that already, and appears prepared to sell rec products on day one.
Even as competition slowing builds Heritage should have already established its brands and developed customer loyalty to protect market share. Smart move by Heritage to get in early and wait for legalization. They would have made bank anyway as medical grew, but now ooh la la :) Congrats to the team!!! GLTA :)

"Now that we have the in-house expertise in a large part of the supply chain, Heritage is focused on furthering distribution in Canada with new and innovative SKUs, scaling up on our best performing products, and expanding our reach in the U.S. and globally," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "We spent the past quarter working on our product portfolio and we are hitting our stride in the Canadian market. With the upcoming launch of our new brands and our U.S. strategy in Missouri and West Virginia we have added a few new revenue streams to contribute to our future growth."
https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-provides-corporate-highlights-223000432.html
Great recap of all the recent good news, but the headline for me is the Thailand partnership with Golden Triangle Health. The simple reason being Thailand has almost double the population of Canada. Thailand will also be a good distribution hub as other APAC markets begin to legalize.
This seems like a smarter international move than trying to crack the highly regulated European markets with lots of competition for currently limited medical dollars. This is a big win in a big market for the Heritage team!!! Like :) Also liking the guidance for another quarter of growth even when ON and BC government distribution was temporarily shut down during the quarter.
Lastly as the #1 Concentrate Maker in Canada the trend is your friend. Sales show as cannabis markets mature concentrates users expand as many dried flower users switch over to cleaner burning more potent alternatives. So in a real way consumers will be beating a path to RAD's door. Heritage just has to be ready to meet demand with the products they want. Off to a great start!!!! glta
**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Enters Equity Financing With Obsidian Global Partners, LLC
"The closing of this deal with Obsidian is another indication that Heritage has a solid foundation for a sustainable business. With access to additional equity funds, we can continue to grow even stronger from quarter to quarter. We are adding new revenue streams, expanding across borders, and this equity financing will assist us with our continued plan for future growth. The market is starting to recognize that Heritage is a real player and a company to keep their eyes on." stated David Schwede, CEO of Heritage.
https://www.gurufocus.com/news/1884078/heritage-cannabis-enters-equity-financing-with-obsidian-global-partners-llc
Happy to see a solid company like OGP has looked over Heritage and found them worthy of a such a large investment. Hopefully this financing accelerates their expansion into the US markets. To me Heritage is smart to focus capital investments on the higher margin US markets. This is where the major growth would be expected to come from because of higher population densities.
The financing itself seems reasonable enough to me. Certainly OPG understands that a lightly traded company like Heritage would hinder any kind of sale of millions of shares on the open market. To me this looks more like a longer term investment by OPG in exchange for a nice sized piece of the company. I'm guessing big investors like OPG figure that even if volume/liquidity never returns to the cannabis sector, profitable cannabis companies would still be valuable to sell or turn into dividend payers.
Speaking of dividends. To me it would be smart for cannabis companies to embrace the dividend model like you see with agriculture and other commodity stocks. It would give investors a reason to buy and hold shares of well run companies close to profitability. Always IMHO GLTA :)

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Ships First Products to West Virginia Dispensaries
"We are more than excited to have shipped our first U.S. products in West Virginia. This is an ideal time to be building our reputation in the U.S. with our outstanding products, and in advance of the potential decriminalization of cannabis in the U.S. that was recently signalled by President Biden," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our first U.S. shipment is a meaningful milestone for Heritage and adds a high gross margin revenue stream to the business that is unseen in Canada. We are diligently working on launching new products and brands for the U.S. market to add additional high gross margin revenue into the fold."

AMA Continues To Dominate Nevada Concentrate Top 10
Recently updated Headset data shows AMA continuing to dominate the Nevada Top 10 with a 50% share of the category. This strong showing has been going on all summer and now into the fall. Not much news lately but the year end report should be out sometime this month, with the first quarter report shortly thereafter. So we will soon get to see how all these Top 10 products add up revenue wise. Personally I'm expecting record sales based on these Headset results. Fingers crossed for cash flow positive or hopefully profitability :)
Currently AMA has 5 of the Nevada Top 10 selling concentrates according to recently updated Headset Data including #3 Sin Mint Cookies Crumble, #4 Purple Skunk Sugar Wax, #6 Han Solo Hash Plant Badder, #7 Kings Fire Crumble, and # 9 Funky Monkey Badder. Happy to see the founder of the company taking a bigger role in the turnaround. Usually no one with more skin in the game than the founder. Even happier to see Radient with 4 of the Top 10 selling concentrates in Saskatchewan, according to recently updated Headset Data for the province.
These Include the #1 best selling concentrate Tunaaaa Room House Shatter .5g, #4 Tunaaaa Room House Shatter 1g, #5 Tropical Distillate 1g, and #8 Tunaaaa Room Peanut Butter Distillate. They also have a Top 10 selling Vape Cart at #5 with Mango Lemonade Distillate. SK seems to love Radient's value priced dabbable distillates.
To me this is a remarkable achievement for a nano cap really just getting started (again). "With our growing footprint in the United States, Heritage is uniquely positioned to develop our presence with our brands that are already highly sought after in legalized medical cannabis markets. Hey GreenIves!!!! Decibel is going international!!! They really have come a long way since we started watching.
Its been a roller coaster ride for cannabis companies, but mostly up for DB in the revenue department. The SP is a whole other discussion, but they are making an effort to tell their growth story.
Liking that more international business is in the pipeline. Hopefully they will find a way to get Decibel products into the US, like using manufacturing partnerships for their brands until legalization allows CA imports.
Right now Decibel's brand General Admission holds 5 of the Top 10 positions for Vape Cartridges in Ontario. Including #2 Strawnana, #3 Honeydew Boba, #6 Pineapple Daze, #8 Rainbow Sherbet, and #10 Peach Ringz.

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Begins Operations in the U.S. Cannabis Market Through Relationship with 3Fifteen Cannabis

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-announces-introduction-rad-124500102.html
Hey Searay!!! Double good news this week!!! Happy to hear Heritage has begun production in Missouri USA of its unique concentrate products currently in short supply at local MO dispensaries.
Checking Missouri cannabis stores inventories online reveals a severe lack of brands and price choices to consumers in the state. Currently there's just a handful of producers selling 1/2 grams for what 1 gram vapes sell for in Canada. Using their low cost proprietary extraction technology Heritage should be able to quickly gain market share like they are in Canada. I see no Honey Oil products which are big sellers for Heritage in CA. To me Missouri consumers are probably more than ready for premium products at value prices.
Also liking the new RAD Razzlers as gummies are the most popular edible product in the category. Seems like everyone liked the Radsicles so I'm excepting this to be popular as well. Looking forward to seeing all these new products coming out in Canada and now the USA!!! Congrats to the team on these momentous achievements. glta

"What we have accomplished in the third quarter is a tremendous achievement by the entire team at Heritage. It is also our sixth consecutive quarter of increasing revenue which has been driven by the team focusing on growing revenue through the addition of sales channels and the further expansion of our already successful portfolio of products," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our platform approach has protected us from significant challenges across the industry and we will continue to execute on our business strategy, focusing on cost management and driving revenue which was up over 165% from the same time a year ago. Our team is driven to innovate and propel growth, and the delivery of positive financials this past quarter represents an important milestone for the Company and what is ahead for us. This tells me Paul is still a big believer in 1933's future. It also tells me he expects to get repaid in a year or less. I'm guessing he crunched the numbers and believes that's a reachable target. Not having access to real time sales numbers it's hard to know how much free cash flow there is right now. Including # 4 Double Solo Burger, #6 Gorilla Glue Badder, #7 Sin Mint Cookies Crumble, # 8 Cookie Glue Crumble, #9 Royal Burger Badder, #10 Kings Fire Crumble. AMA also has the #4 Best Selling Flower Sin Mint Cookies, and the #4 Best Selling Pre-Roll 24K.
Super impressive accomplishment to dominate a highly competitive category in this way. Not surprising since evidence shows as newly legal markets mature many customers move to concentrates for the flavor, convenience, and stronger effects. Shout outs are in order for the whole 1933 team on their strong sales results. Congrats!!! glta

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Expands Entry to the U.S. Cannabis Market in West Virginia Through Relationship with Harvest Care Medical, LLC
"We are very pleased to have inked this deal with Harvest Care, one of the established leaders in the state of West Virginia and the right partner for Heritage to expand in the U.S. in an asset light, capital efficient way," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage.

Liking these capital light deals through Heritage partner Merida's other cannabis investments in the US. Seems like Heritage's proprietary extraction system could now be readily offered to other US LP's under similar profit sharing terms. Especially in limited license states like Missouri and West Virginia where financially unstable companies are winnowed out of the competition for licenses. You have to be careful in the US where private companies, not the government, are responsible for payment.
To me Heritage has found a smart way to expand into the US on a grow as you go basis. Missouri and West Virginia will also be good distribution hubs for shipments into the North East, Mid Atlantic, and Mid West with full legalization. Like :) glta
Found some older articles on new partner Harvest Care regarding the facilities that were under construction at the time. One of their dispensaries is a former bank with multi drive through lanes. Nice :)
