Sad for others stock in that deal.

I agree...NGW totally had momentum, profitability, cash in the bank and nothing but upside. Now we're part of a company that doesn't have its shit together and god knows if we'll ever get our money back.

Next Green Wave and Planet 13 should be ashamed of how they did us shareholders that believed in NXGWF dirty. We did NOT get the conversion rate we were promised because we were locked out of trading for nearly 2 weeks. IR for both companies sucks balls, I know they could care less but Mike, and Planet13 and their trust “attorney” really did us all wrong. Welcome to this dump of a company, which is now at an all time low. Zero communication from both companies and lack of care for long term investors. Zero respect.

These deals are complex and take time to execute across all brokerages. Patience my friends.

The only reason to have the FOMO about not seeing shares displayed with certain letters vs other letters is if you’re trying to sell. Why would anyone be selling while it’s falling like a knife and before any legislation?

Legislation will be a big fat catalyst to the whole sector similar to 14 months ago.

If you want to buy it, then just hit that PLNHF, pretty nice level to add here.

Nothing here either. I just emailed planet 13‘s investor relations, for whatever that is worth. Charles Schwab told me to call them today if they are not converted by today and they will start tightening the screws on their corporate governance side.

Peoples shares converted at the previously posted conversion RATIO, MARKET CHANGES SINCE THEN WILL BE THE FINAL PRICE WHEN IT BECOMES FREE TRADING. EVERYBODY GOT THE CORRECT PRICE UPON CONVERSION AND WILL END UP WITH THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE.

The way I understand the conversion is:

Let's say your having 1,500,000 NGW share, SP @ .41 = value $615,000.

Ratio: .1145 - so your having 171,750 shares of P 13

(1,500,000 shares x .1145 = 171,750 Planet 13 shares)

171,750 Planet 13 @ $3.30 = $566,775 (short $48,225.)

But you should have the same value you had with NGW when convert to P13.

Conversions should have been at the posted rate if they are not it's grounds for action against both companies for falsehoods.

Nowhere near that many shares, so I really hope it is just a mistake.

It will be the price it was on the effective date, which has already transpired.
Recent market changes will be reflected in the price you end up with when it becomes free trading again.

Been on the phone with fidelity an hour and a half with no resolve said it could take days before the plnhf shows up in my account.They said it was very unsusal that it hasn't settled.
