EDUCATIONAL TIP: I'm not buying LUXD although the R/M news is good because on level 2 there is someone with a 4.5 million share block sitting on the ask at .0034. If that falls, I might consider it. But I will never buy into a stock which has a big block on the ask like that.

Well it depends how its trading. Some stocks you can just tell something is wrong with them which would cause me to do more research as you said. But once I'm in I am doing research non stop if I did like the trading action. But I have learned what is good and is bad trading action over years.

Frontloading is a really important thing to check for.

I will never buy a stock with no volume, that's just silly.

You're right with your last point too, but I never buy in because big iHub names say to.

I check both the O/S and the A/S, look at who is posting on the stock & if anything came out from the company (i.e. find out why its running/if there is SUBSTANCE to it- will people be excited enough about this news to buy the stock?), and usually rely on a quick iHub scan to see if I see any "Bad" names involved with the company. Usually isn't time to look at the filings to see if there is a possible threat, typically the trading action is telling enough to know whether it is being diluted into or anything like that.

I don't see why people don't understand this. Selling shares cannot benefit existing shareholders. It's really simple, in third grade I would have understood this.
