This Thursday?
Personally I don't think we'll see the cash dividend announcement within the quarterly report (hopefully I'm surprised) but I think we'll see it in a separate PR shortly after
We should get a big move on Thursday (if the Q3-report is on time), but whether it is up or down is a different question...
One would believe that the cash dividend policy needs to be cancelled for the PPS to drop substancially lower, but there isn't much faith left even among us longs after they messed up the TRW-distribution. Way to go Solomon and Peter.
Dumping or scare-mongering indeed - I just got some shares for 20 cents. That's a 50% yield (or 75% for 13 months) if SIAF doesn't break its cash dividend policy... Solomon might have done some permanent damage from the mess-up with the TRW-distribution...
What is it you are trying to say?
anyone who think 20 cents will hold
they cannot be this stupid
Companies do it all the time. MOU's or what you have. As long as they are honest about the status
I don't think we should expect a reply
I've been doing it for years on the IHUB forum but I can't make a dent with this. I do not have the authority
I like Tony, though
Do you think they'll be able to screw this one up as well?
All of a sudden they have to ask Finra to approve a >25% distribution on that as well
As for the bank accounts, no need to even look
If he feels he has our support, maybe he says yes
But then they would need an F-1, for the 2nd part
Who cares even at this stage
Welcome back. Did you have a nice trip? *hint*
snow My question was in regards to a worst case scenario where "shit hits the fan" and there is no TRW-shares distributed ever, for whatever reason. Can SIAF/TRW be forced to distribute the shares since there were a PR issued about the ex date?
Perhaps it could work for warrants, or preferred shares, but not for common stock
I don't think it's an option to pursue this because it would take 12 months to complete
Another option would be to have TRW pay part in cash
This is not wishful thinking because I will soon be accused of that (again). It's what they have to do...
snow Do you know of any examples on Norway where a declared ex date has been withdrawn at a later stage? RD provided examples/warnings about this for the US stock market, but I'm wondering if it is at all possible in Norway or if SIAF (well, "TRW") now is stuck in a delicate web where they have to distribute the shares to Merkur shareholder, or if they can just walk away from it.
I'm not convinced at this stage that they don't need a F-1
they would have pr'ed it already
it is not strange at all that he resigns
they fully understand that they HAVE TO pay it
The cash dividend I think they have to pay
Sell 20k shares and you're at 1.7 NOK, no buyers what so ever
He would be an immense asset in many ways, but you forgot one crucial thing though; Solomon doesn't listen... If Solomon would listen to him them MAYBE there would have been a miniscule chance, but why would he risk his name and reputation on a lunatic who doesn't listen?
It does happen; I had shares in Ekornes last year and they had one record date, one ex date and two payment dates.
However, they were not distributing >100% of the market cap, they were not distributing shares in a different company, and the second distribution were not dependent on return of collateral shares.
Garrett??? big smile
What's the purpose of the new file 4? There is no difference in Nisses ownership whatsoever from what I can see...

EDIT: This box is now checked "Check this box if no longer subject to Section 16. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue. See Instruction 1(b)". Did he just resign or something?
EDIT2:
What Is Section 16 (Forms 3, 4, 5)?
Section 16 of The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requires corporate insiders to publicly disclose their company affiliations, material changes in their holdings or unreported insider transactions through various regulatory filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Specifically, Section 16 mandates that Forms 3, 4 and 5 be filed by insiders—in other words, company investors who are directly or indirectly beneficial owners of more than 10% of stock in a company or directors and officers of the issuer of the securities.
An insider of a first-time securities issuer or a new insider at an already-registered securities issuer must carry out the initial filing, Form 3. Form 4 is used to report material changes in insiders’ holdings. Form 5 reports any transactions that should have been included on a previous Form 4 or were eligible for deferred reporting such as gifts of shares or multiple small transactions.
Section 16 reporting must be submitted electronically through the SEC’s EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval) system, where it becomes public record. The SEC also requires companies to post the forms on their websites by the end of the next business day after filing them.
Section 16 reporting deadlines were accelerated due to provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX)
The little we have seen the locations seem quiet and inactive
I think it's very solid case for this being a scam or fraud or whatever you want to call it
the odds of this happening have been reduced during the past couple of days
Why dont they focus on getting TRW listed on a proper exchange instead of distribution to us?
FINRA has a similar 10-day period before the Record Date
The SIAF shareholder base hardly qualifies
they have to submit documents to Oslo Bors for the distribution
The best outcome for us would be if FINRA had a problem with the 2nd part of the distribution
I have no idea what these SEC statements mean
Is this VPS shares at Merkur news?
The whole world is in on this "scam", don't you know? Even the satellites!
