They can even skip the second part altogether if they need to, but they got to get the first distribution out NOW. We can't afford them to screw this one up, not after a year of delays.

They've already screwed-up big time by having to cancel the record date. Not only that, but cancelling it AFTER the date was passed (which shouldn't be a major issue since it is the ex date that counts, but they cancelled it AFTER the ex date on Merkur as well - which is something much worse).
