That's my take as well - or at least was before the filing about Nisse...
If I am to be paranoid and speculate (which isn't a good thing, especially since there are some forces who will abuse what I am about to say and spread it as a fact), then (if this indeed means that he is resigning) the reason could be that they are delaying the cash dividend and that Nisse (rightfully) believes it would be a breach on their fiduciary duty (announcing the cash dividend policy and then not fulfilling it).
Nisse is old - and it seems he has distanced himself from SIAF "lately" - so this could of course be the reason as well. Or maybe he isn't resigning (from what I hear it seems that he does't feel like an insider anymore).
The timing isn't good though, so I no longer am looking forward to the Q3-report
