What is it you are trying to say?

I think he is trying to say that "whatever SIAF does it is an indication that it is a scam", even when what they do makes no sense for a "scam" (and it does not apply to other companies of course, only SIAF).

Not that I don't understand the fury, but I'll have to stick with you on this one Mera; when Solomon changed his compensation plan the shareholders reacted negatively, not positively - fearing the dilution death spiral. Not something wise to do in a downwards spiral if you want to support the PPS...

The only reason for Solomon to change this is to get more compensation, and the only way to get compensated from the shares is if the shares are worth something; either through dividends (cash, TRW etc) or when they're sold (no filings on that). There are way better ways to pump the PPS if that was his intention
