I've been saying that it should be a no-brainer to get the cash for the dividend, and when they declared the policy they knew when the AR from TRW was due, so Solomon would know whether he was able to pay the dividend or not. Also, if he has planned even remotely ahead of time - which the policy suggests - it still should be a no-brainer. It's just tough to be a shareholder with the worst management-team in history, that's all
