they have to submit documents to Oslo Bors for the distribution


Well, I think they tried to bypass Oslo Børs as well; they didn't disclose the TRW-distribution on Oslo Børs before Oslo Børs halted the stock after all... (if I'm not mistaken, then the companies also has to give such PRs to Oslo Børs in advance as well)

The best outcome for us would be if FINRA had a problem with the 2nd part of the distribution


Indeed. If needed then drop the second distribution for now and do it in 2020 or whatnot.
