Debt Paided Down Substantially, Life Sucking Interest Payments Have Been Reduced.
Increasing Revenues from Retail and Holiday Sales since the 3Q.
Plus having of the Best Law Firm on the Planet Defending SFOR Patents in the New Lawsuits, pretty much assures there will Settlements going forward with the R & G Track Record.
Let me not forget the Unadulterated Hype, Conjecture and Speculation.
Perhaps a PR before the 10K, to show any Interesting Deals that finally closed, would have to hit the Presses, before it is released in the 10K.
But of course we don't have any stinking Deals in the works Right ?
RDYROCK - Yeah, 7 months on the board and he has a hard time Figuring out what ACS stands for ?
Just my way of saying :
Nah! I like these Links better
SFOR has done a complete About Face since the MSFT Settlement last year.
Would be hard to find another Stinky Pinky with 2 of the Top Law Firms in the World Backing their Intellectual Property Patents.

ZPaul - On the Hunt for Intel MFA IP
Plus WeekendShift Toons
Ever digging I've been Looking for a connection on INTEL MFA and SFOR.
Seems I've gone 3 steps forward and two steps back unfortunately.
I found an ABI Research Paper dated February 2016
MultiFactor Authentication and Biometrics in the Modern Workplace
that eventually gets into using a case study of Intel.
I'd like to include SrceenShots but due to the Specific Copyrights at the bottom I wont. The first clue was trying to copy some text and got:
Intel can be found begining on page 9, a nice INTEL Tree Breakdown can be found on page 11.
Seems Intel has been working on MFA since before the SFOR vs MSFT.
Therefore any Seculation I may have had on ACS/McAffee/INTEL connection with INTEL's 7th Generation MicroProcessor MFA, just went out the Window. Just wanted to make that Clear to Everyone.
This is not to say that SFOR IP is not INSIDE, but my theroy is probably shot.
There is still the case of, it's Hard to see a SFOR Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Intel, given ACS is working with McAffee which was Intel Security. (still is, until the Intel TPG 51% Spinout finalizes)
McAffee is becoming a Major Player in Today's Cyber Security Industry now moving into the Enterprise, with the continued backing of TPG's 51% interest Market Cap 5.76B and INTEL's 49% interest Market Cap $166.15B

Tradeharbor Revisited - Z longbord Baldeagle
Doing some research this morning I ran across Strikeforce is channel partner TradeHarbor. A quick search on the board showed Z brought this to the attention of the board back in August last year and a couple of posts and the subject was dropped probably because of the 2012 date and the discussion was dropped.
July 17, 2012 News
https://www.healthitoutcomes.com/doc/strikeforce-tradeharbor-first-three-factor-voice-verification-solution-0001
TradeHarbors OLD website is still showing Strikeforce as a Channel Partner although StrikeForce's logo is not been updated.
Their new Website for 2017 does not show CH. Partners at all
http://tradeharbor.com/2017/
TradeHarbor seems (among otherthings) highly involve with HealthCare and HIPPA Compliance.
I've included some Screenshots on Tradharbor.
A little more searching found a recent HIPPA meeting
this month about TradeHarbor

Robov - These article writers don't have all the known facts.
Such as Mark Kay Stating there is no R/S or we have enough Cash to get us though 2017. They also don't know that SFOR has been paying off its Debt down from around $9M to $4.55
https://www.macroaxis.com/invest/ratio/SFOR--Total-Debt
Chris Sandburg the author of the Article has done a good job of covering StrikeForce in the past. This latest article I wasn't to pleased with, other than it stated the MSFT Settlement at $9M and the NDA on Licensing. Which that Figure is $9.7M and other Highlights below.
As for those not following the intricacies of SFOR might just pass on an Investment in SFOR, with the way that article reads. (LFC)
Those in the know, can pick out the note worthy Highlights. Such as those Highlighted below.
The words Dilution and "Patent Troll" however well intentioned are key words people scaning the article may walk away with.
Ref:
"Sure, this one will get called a patent troll, and sure, there’s risk in taking on companies of this size and hoping for a favorable outcome. Many companies have gone bankrupt trying to do exactly what Strikeforce is doing with its OOBA patents. However, with precedence in place from the Microsoft suit, a large portion of the risk is removed from the equation, and for an investor that is willing to stomach some of the inevitable dilution we’re likely to see as the company pushes to fund its legal proceedings, this one could well be worth a punt."
Notable Highlights
This is one we’ve looked at before, with our most recent coverage mid January. It’s a tech company that has developed a range of cyber security tools, and holds a number of patents that underpin its lead products. Readers wanting to catch up with our take on these products can check out our previous coverage here.
Here are the other articles by Chris Sandburg that are pretty good.
https://www.insiderfinancial.com/?s=StrikeForce+technologies+
"Anyone familiar with the space will know that OOBA is huge right now, and that it’s used in the consumer facing technology of some of tech and finance’s biggest names"
"Strikeforce took Microsoft to court back in 2015 for the computer giant’s infringement on its OOBA patents, three patents with nos. 7,870,599, 8,484,698 & 8,713,701, and early last year announced that the company had picked up a $9 million settlement as well as a licensing fee (undisclosed) for continued use of the patents in question."
Subsequent to that settlement, the company filed three suits against Duo Security, Centrify Corporation and Trustwave Holdings, Inc, all rooted in infringement of the same patents.
"Now, the company has just announced that it has filed patent infringement lawsuits in U.S. District Courts against four other companies – Gemalto, Inc., Vasco Data Security, Entrust Datacard and SecureAuth Corporation".
So that’s seven suits outstanding, all of which target infringement of the same patents – patents for which Strikeforce already has precedence in place (against Microsoft, no less) that confirms infringement and resulted in a lump sum plus royalty payment.
This is what the company is looking for from the just filed suits. A look at the VASCO filing (which basically mirrors the others) reveals that Strikeforce is looking for a lump sum payment of no less than royalty coverage, and a so called ‘compulsory ongoing license fee’ if VASCO (and the other companies) are to continue infringing on the patent.
This all runs separate to the company’s product retail operations, which as we’ve detailed in the past, are underpinned by solid products and are currently the subject of a strong sales push across multiple channels."
Thanks carrusso, I will take that
as a complement I think...

dehart (All) - Thank You for the prospective from a Nederlander.
Having lived and worked in Germany for 7 years, I traveled to the Netherlands many times, the Dutch Culture, Landscape are beyond compare.
The People are so out going, warm and friendly, (at least once they knew my from my Blonde hair, I was American and not from the neighbor to the West.)
I traveled almost every weekend exploring the Culture of Europe, including attending the Foumula One Race at Spa every year in Belgium, your Neighbor to the south.
Having Lived abroad in the Far East and Europe, has been a rewarding and enriching experience that gives one a sense of culture and refinement.
I wish more Americans had the oppertunity to experience what I did.
It was priceless.
I hope all on this Board can make a trip to Europe with the gains made.
It might even make some on this board a little more cultured, and not portray Americans in such a poor light.
Of course I understand, somethings are virtually impossible. LOL

I don't understand this stock we got a pr and the ticker has been going down since not one up movement. Peeps have been saying +.02 without news well we got news so according to some here it should be heading to .05 atleast. Abazaba said .05 before news by march 31st. We got news so according to him we should be trading by now no less than .05 on the way to .10 cents lol. Yeah I know this wasn't the pr you were expecting. My response is what the heck was everyone expecting he said he will release the pr when all are filed. That means a pr about the new law suits lol. Oh yea a pr about a settlement is what you meant. Lol. Trust me a pr about any settlement will not come out until the earliest time of summer of 2018 not one day earlier maybe 2019 but not this year. Remember I said this last year when everyone was touting settlement before the new year. Now the first quarter of the new year is just about over and nothing has come to fruition. No settlement until atleast June of 2018. Also back in October of 2016 he said emphatically no where near a settlement could take 1 to 3 years. He also said but look out for news on huge contracts any day or week possibly months now lol. Its been many months since than and no contracts what so ever. Remember he said could be any day or week now but he cant say with certainty now its over five months since he said that. Well days or weeks is one thing but 24 weeks still no pr on contracts. That tells me there probably will never be any contract lol.
So if he said any day now about contracts and it's been five months and still no contracts. What do you think will happen with settlements when he clearly said 1 to 3 years for settlements will it take ten years lol. Remember in that awesome youtube video he put out he gave us no hope about settlements any time soon. But he did make us assume that huge contracts were almost done and ready for pr. And now still no contracts or any hint of it. I only post facts no speculation on my part. Everything I said is true take it for what its worth. Once again I own a ton of shares so like always I hope im wrong or that the company turns around truly. Alot of potential here with SFOR but just don't like what management is doing. Glta
" I only post facts no speculation on my part"
I did not know that? Interesting.
"Trust me a pr about any settlement will not come out until the earliest time of summer of 2018 not one day earlier maybe 2019"
Is this a Fact? Wow ! I didn't know ?
"What do you think will happen with settlements when he clearly said 1 to 3 years for settlements will it take ten years lol"
Here I do know:
Kay didn't say that about Settleements being 1 to 3 years, Kay stated that Lawsuits can take 1 to 3 years.
Settlements can happen at any time, a Month into the Suit, to just prior to and During a Jury Trial.
As far as Ropes & Gray and the 4 new infringers are "probably" going think twice.
I can see the Attourney's meeting now for the first time.........
Jtech - As my thought on the matter stated
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=129729102
"If my thoughts/assumptions were correct, then I could understand, why Kay can't give a Response.
1) Kay could easily answer Yes to your question If R&G were on a contingency basis.
If he answered No, with no explanation, then shareholders might want to know where the Money would come from to Hire such a Prestigious Law Firm.
If indeed TPG was affording or Backing R&G Legal Services to Represent SFOR. That Cat Could Surely Not Be Let Out of the Bag, at least not until the ACS Deals with McAffee were announced.
Hense I can't discuss it. Your adding another factor to my theroy, thanks.
But still there maybe other reasons as well. I just like to added up Facts known as to "ONE" of a few pauseable Theroies. ...
Until Heard from the Houses Mouth, Who Knows...
I Just know Christmas will probably come Early This Year.
Jtech (All) I had some thoughts on that Saturday.
"Wth TMG's acquisition of Mediware Information Systems with the help of R & G this maybe where the SFOR Ropes & Gray Connection came from."
Similar in fashion with what MSFT is doing representing the current defendant.
Speculation/Thoughts on the matter,
More in-depth in the post.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=129652625
I was just tring to take facts known and putting them together to form some sort of Logical Conclusion.
1) SFOR and ACS
2) McAffee and INTEL
3) ACS and McAffee Deals on being an ePo Client and Integrated into McAffee's New XDL Entereprise Product.
4) McAfee = INTEL & TPG
5) TPG and Ropes & Grey - On TPG's acquisition of Mediware Information Systems
TPG may have brought in Rope & Gray to represent their Intergrated Partner SFOR/ACS.
Like MSFT is Doing Now, having their Legal Team Represent MSFT Cloud Customers when they are Infriging someone elses IP in Lawsuits. Trying to grab as many Cloud Customers as Posible as early as they can in this Current Highly Competitive Cloud Based Services Market. A Great Marketing Strategy.
Just as MSFT is doing representing one of the Defendants in their case with SFOR, even utilizing the Same Attourney's MSFT used when Litigating their Case with SFOR. With those Attourney's, did that not end in a Settlement. Good Luck using that Strategy Again !
But then as said by
Albert Einstein, who is broadly credited with exclaiming “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”. It truly doesn't make a difference that there's truly no proof that Einstein really put forth this expression; it's still an awesome quote!
That would follow the stairstep chart thus far.
Then that is an odd reply to get from Mark?
"On going process, can't discuss"
Can't discuss what's going with International Patents ? ?
Wish I could Lift the Lid and see what's Cooking for Dinner?
Smells like Mystery Stew.
Yes, Who would actually believe in SFOR, it's not like they have ties to any Major Companies say like McAffee or anything..
Or their Products on any Major Retail Store Shelves, and that they have any important Patents in a Hot Sector in Tech.
And especially when they have some fly by night Ambulance chasing LawFirms attempting to defend their patents.
Your Right, Nothing here, I think I'll Fold..
Jtech - That's a little odd Dont you think?
Carsalesman (All) - Reading the ACS Deal
Yes we got the PR
"Pr will be to publicly announce the 2 suits recent .. imo . Just hanging carrot"
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=129656003
As I stated there will be more than 2. If Kay said there were 4 more coming well.....?
Just another Idiom.
The proof is in the pudding
"The idiom is usually stated the proof is in the pudding and means that the end result is the Mark of the success or failure of one’s efforts or planning. "
http://grammarist.com/usage/proof-is-in-the-pudding/
You can do as you please, your welcome to your Opinion.
But would suggest you believing what he says, instead of dissing his words. It's a new era.
verb (used with object), dissed, dissing.
1.to show disrespect for; affront.
2. to disparage; belittle.
noun
3. insult or disparagement; criticism.
That reminds me of another Idiom
Next PR - As stated by Kay...In that email Kay said:
"another one by early April (SHOULD) with more coming as deals are getting done. Again, we always put out pr’s when we can."
