Yes, and I did not Willfully Infringe on my Neighbors Property when I built my Fence. My Survey Company PhoneFactor made a Mistake.

Mistakes can be costly.

1. I didnt say that sfor cant be bought out. Companies who are in court do not get bought out at that moment.

2. I think a buyout is a great idea. But Kay wants a buyout and instead of focusing on that hes taking everyone to court.

3. Old news yes no revs. New news from last Qt and prior QTs , very little revs

4. Sfor doesnt have toxic debt but they do have debt. Read the fins.

5. If sfor made significant revs and didnt have to take everyone to court to nake money then the PPS would not be this low.

6. Read the Pacer documents, youll see these companies fight back. In the Microsoft case, they just settled really fast and very quickly. Microsoft stated "they did not willfully infringe"

7. Duos response was "they did not infringe" and are actually fighting. Now theres a slight difference and as i said before im not saying sfor wont win but until duo or centricity budges it can be a while till a settlement win happens.
