ZPaul - On the Hunt for Intel MFA IP
Plus WeekendShift Toons
Ever digging I've been Looking for a connection on INTEL MFA and SFOR.
Seems I've gone 3 steps forward and two steps back unfortunately.
I found an ABI Research Paper dated February 2016
MultiFactor Authentication and Biometrics in the Modern Workplace
that eventually gets into using a case study of Intel.
I'd like to include SrceenShots but due to the Specific Copyrights at the bottom I wont. The first clue was trying to copy some text and got:
Intel can be found begining on page 9, a nice INTEL Tree Breakdown can be found on page 11.
Seems Intel has been working on MFA since before the SFOR vs MSFT.
Therefore any Seculation I may have had on ACS/McAffee/INTEL connection with INTEL's 7th Generation MicroProcessor MFA, just went out the Window. Just wanted to make that Clear to Everyone.
This is not to say that SFOR IP is not INSIDE, but my theroy is probably shot.
There is still the case of, it's Hard to see a SFOR Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Intel, given ACS is working with McAffee which was Intel Security. (still is, until the Intel TPG 51% Spinout finalizes)
McAffee is becoming a Major Player in Today's Cyber Security Industry now moving into the Enterprise, with the continued backing of TPG's 51% interest Market Cap 5.76B and INTEL's 49% interest Market Cap $166.15B
StrikeForce / ACS / McAffee
