The way I read the ACS Deal with SFOR and Zpaul can coreect me is I am wrong!!.

$20 million for the patent by 2020
15% continuing residual after that
Plus, SFOR can continue to use the patent for future sales of their own?

That patent alone values the patent at $150 million alone.

Not including he value of all the other patents.

No need to wait until 2020..Kay stated in a interview ACS would be paying that off, as soon as some Deals were done.

On another note and pure seculation on my part.

What's written on paper, may not be all that is going on between SFOR and Cyber Security/ACS. Channel Partnership aside, I think there is more to the story with ACS than meets the eye on Paper. JMO
