Ropes & Gray seem to think so.


Just adding, StrikeForce is also looking for triple damages because of the "willful" patent infringement, which in my opinion is blatant.


Ropes & Gray went Undefeated last-year 43-wins 3-Supreme Court-Victorys in 2016.
