I wouldnt get hopes up on that delay theory . Most likely just havent got his shit together to do a pr . As things change faster than he can handle . 3 lawsuits now challenging patent . When he thought one settles soon . 2 new filed he stated at one time there would be 5 after one settled .. the story changes faster than he could do a pr lol .. he playing safe and not saying anything as he knows it looks bad. Pr will be to publicly announce the 2 suits recent .. imo . Just hanging carrot
