Not inside info, just deduction. Since these companies PR almost anything it seems odd that the effected company issues nothing. Someone said weeks that the venerable CEO (or whatever title he held) of SSTP was missing in action and to my knowledge there has been nothing in print to confirm or deny this, a PR would at the very least have to include his name, wouldn't it?
But why no announcement by SSTP? Hint - someone's name may be AWOL.
<<I transferred some more funds into my trading account Friday, but it won't clear until Wednesday for marginal stock trades, >>
Well, at least you have properly identified trades in this security. Mr. Market says you will be able to get all you want at .05 or less and we all know Mr. Market never lies.
Well, you seem informed. Do you know why the SEC has ramped up it's action/interest in pinks? I'd like to tell you but my neighbor who has a company that does private security work for the government would have to kill me. LOL
At least 6 or 7 times, about half of those actually talked to lawyers (at least said they were), they used to have a prompt on the toll free number, I believe it was after the "if you know your parties extension" one that said, "if you wish to speak to a real person press 2", almost dropped the phone. LOL
GEO928 take my advice call the SEC and talk with them, they are really easy to talk with and don't bite.
http://www.secactions.com/?page_id=28
There are many of these just become informed and you won't look so silly.
Do one thing for yourself today. Call MDEQ and ask if this company goes into full scale production today what action they will take (they know about this outfit). Then you will understand why the "I don't need no stinkin' permits" quote is in line with the "doesn't matter what the price of soybeans are" quote (paraphased of course).
Now maybe this outfit has applied for permitting since the last time I talked with MDEQ (I doubt it), but then the question would be how long it would take after submission. Then if you are really ambitious have them fax you their application, review it and contemplate if the guy in the photo holding the urine sample could ever complete the application.
<<and, you're going to tell me that the SEC which has ABSOLUTELY NO JURISDICTION OVER PINKIES AND NO....ABSOLUTELY NO ....JUDICIAL POWER TO PROSECUTE ANY COMPANY IN THE WORLD.....is going to go after USSE because USSE is such a big time, high visibility scam......BWAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA !!!!!!>>
As so many on this board you are so woefully uninformed:

Nancy M. Morris
Secretary
Only one of many SEC actions against "Pinks", why don't you call Ms. Morris, you won't talk to her but one of her assistants can educate you, or at least start you on a 12 step program off the Kool Aid.
In the interest of accuracy:
<<The SEC is a government agency.>> - Right
<< They can and do bring federal criminal charges against company executives who act against the law.>> - Wrong, they refer criminal charges to the Justice Department, they are the ones that arrive in the 15 passenger vans guns drawn. (SEC can, I believe, file civil charges).
<<. I would not hesitate to do it again, if I become convinced that an exec was acting purposely against the best interests of the company and solely for his own profit. I do not believe that is the case with USSEC.>> Wrong, just read the press releases, watch videos and read the messages by company authorized individuals, make a list put a check mark by each that has come to furition.
Read my message #7164 on RB, ring any bells?
Can you believe a responsible adult running a public company would taunt EPA with this:
“The only permit I could possibly need would be a rainwater discharge permit. If a Girl Scout was selling cookies under a tent, she would need a rainwater discharge permit.”
Unbeliveable
This is public information, is your "government" referenced to this:
http://www.natchezdemocrat.com/articles/2006/12/29/news/news65.txt
It's not nice to lie about and dis EPA.
Or to put it another way, only 149 days till a year has passed. What about how many days since the birth of Free Willy?
<<Bascially we're talking about a disruptive technology that could increase production in some highly sensitive formations 10-20X.>>
Local I've read a lot of your posts and this does not square with the underlying fact that the problems with this company does NOT get solved with "disruptive technology". If the company bringing this technology is public that might be the best buy, if not, sounds like just another oil field black box scam. JMHO (unless this "disruptive tech" removes current mgt) LOL
Why do you think "big bird" has body guards.
5,000,000 divided by 365 = 13,700 gal per day going public.....hmmm a plant producing 15,000 a day times 365 days =....... and no local phone #. OK
I think for once he was telling the truth, but no one understood the only way it could be true.
<< I started up a high tech business and there are never ending obstacles of financial turns, regulations, and keen competition. Just think how long it would have taken for Edison to invent and market the light bulb today! Whewwww!!>>
Brilliant deduction blackbird, but the "birdie" that was promoting the stock (CEO) was saying:
"we are funding ourself" (based on # of shares flying around sounded reasonable)
"don't need no stinkin permits, EPA's been here 8 times" (of course that flies in the face of reason or reality , but if he said it must be true)
"no other product can compete companies lined up for miles" (see above)
So now it appears the "birdie" is changing his tune. LOL
I think you are getting desperate. One of these days people like Conn are going to go Oh! Oh! and then the hunter becomes the hunted.
BTW, why does a Houston company (that claims to be producing) have a Lubbock area code for it's phone number?
Let's see I live about 60 miles away...@ 18 mpg round trip $3 gas about $20...naw just listen to Mr. Market, he says this nothing, nada, zip, Mr.M doesn't lie.
I have a friend who calls on business's in the ship channel I'll give him the adress and see if he can swing by, 5 will get you 10 this is just one of the many vacant wharehouses or small plants in the area.
In the batcher I've seen them grow up tree trunks to the foliage 15-20 ft, both dew and blackberries. Old timers say that means a spring flood is due.
None that I know, interesting you relpy to someone else's post. But hey, in six months you can answer your own question.
Did you see a blackbird?
"The oxen is slow, but the earth is patient".
Yes, but the snail is slower and gets stomped by the oxen roaming all over the earth.
But, if you read everything carefully the realists told you that was impossible:
http://www.natchezdemocrat.com/articles/2006/11/01/news/news326.txt
Read the last line.
But the biggest piece of misinformation was in this atricle:
http://www.natchezdemocrat.com/articles/2006/12/13/news/news126.txt
And then contact MDEQ to find out about 6000 gallons a day in Port Gibson:
http://www.natchezdemocrat.com/articles/2006/12/29/news/news65.txt
Or EPA Region 4 about those 8 visits.
I do feel sorry for you guys but it's all there in black and white and read all over.
Your prayers have been answered:

The final product! USSE's E-Diesel, on sale now call for prices!
http://www.jhrivera.com/photos/ediesel/album_204.html
I will be having 7000 gallons delivered to CT.
This new mixture will replace Biodiesel in New England because of its cold weather ability not to gel up. I am currently getting pricing on additional fuel storage tanks.
I will spread the news of this wonderful new fuel all throughout CT. I now of many businesses that want to use biodiesel, but don't want the problems in the winter.
This new fuel will sold through-out the North East. Yes, I will make profit selling as a distributor.
Of course consider the source, to which I replyed:
Are you saying you have ordered/bought 7000 gal of this fuel? Because if you are there should be a PR today and delivery should be within 2 weeks. Now, since no JS/JR company has delivered bulk product this would be revolutionary NEWS. You have either told a lie that should get you toss'd for the umpteenth time or leaked the most valuable news to date on this company. Which is it?
BTW, could you post the price list? LOL
No answer.
"And groundbreaking could also mean a shovel of dirt. Why am I so skeptical?"
As someone who has participated in more than just a few of these I can confirm that usually it's a "shovel (painted gold) in the dirt". But here's the difference, it's after financing (that's where I came in), permitting, and usually in the shadow of construction equipment on CLEARED dirt. Meaning we walked off and the equipment fired up. Now, given this companies record what are the prospects of that happening?
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2007/2007-34.htm
There is currently a joint SEC/Justice Dept task force investigating "Pinkies", SEC investigates Justice prosecutes if warrented. There is also a major network working on an expoese about "Pinks" to be released inthe summer or fall (the Forbes article about "Pinks" was a prelude to this so it may be on cable).
Why did he have to give a urine sample?
I wouldn't get too riled over this because according to the SEC laywer, "you can't create a separate or advantaged shareholder group within the same issue". I know , I know, "Mr. I don't need no stinkin' SEC permission to do what I want to confuse my shareholders" will probably just say, "aw shucks we didn't know". I think a few shareholders have already contacted them. Wouldn't it be riot if the if the 12/1 SH's had to give their shares back?
In any case it looks like weeks or months of obfuscation of the fact that Free Willy will be 4 months old and no revenue producing production and no contracts.
SEC toll free (800)SEC-0330
"JR screwed us all. A simple forward split is not free shares in SSTP..longs got hosed."
No not everyone, whoever diluted the 200 million shares recently made out fine (as they always do in pinks).
Stock price of .046 and overhead supply of almost 2 bill, I would definitely ask for recorded confirmation that the JS/JR shares are restricted.
Where is the rest of the letter, it's a multi-page document and at the very least has to have a signature page. But all in all very interesting I have never seen a "generic" permit. Of course it's for a bio-diesel facility and not for the "reactors" but it does prove he has their ear.
And don't forget the animals, we've got one on the RB board that's about to go over the edge.
If you can see through your laughing tears how about this one?
"If one was considered a holder of shares on 12.01.2006, (considered qualified to receive the dividend), and sold prior to the ex-date qualification, what happens to the shares that were to be issued to the qualified individual, that were sold with divy attached?"
Do they revert to the company treasury? Or is the final pool of shares to be issued = the intersection of 12.01.2006 holders + those in that group who continued to hold?
Do you think these guys are really that stupid or just part of the act?
Remember: Mr. Market never lies. GLTY
There's no lack of material for that, here's a recent one:
"What contracts do you know of that don't provide for revenues? " As the kids say, "Duh a JS/JR contract of course." LOL
Pretty dicey reply company boy:
" Disgruntled shareholders can either sell, average down or hold. Pick the one that works for you."
But then again there are a few other options which might include (but certainly not limited to):
1. Alert Judge Posner that the trickey rabbit is trying to come back to his state through the back door.
2. Alert the Justice Department/SEC penny stock task force that the JS/JR team is up to their old tricks again.
3. Alert the mayor of Princton about the Posner report.
4. Make sure no passing rube gets sucked into this farce.
And on and on and on.......
You get the picture.
Go into the office next door and ask two questions:
1. What happened to the money from the 100 mil dilution/when did you notify shareholders about said dilution?
2. Produce the link to the public record that shows the 500 mil JS/JR restricted shares.
The following still applies:

They'll never believe this but I wrote this for another stock and with a few modifications still applies:
In the world of pennies there are what I call "theater" stocks, an orchestrated play that looks real, smells real and for all practical purposes is real except for one thing (and the most important) visibility. That is since there are no reporting requirements all pertinent data necessary to make calculated decisions are hidden except for that which is dissemenated through the companies own PR's. The main value is in the fact that there is a real product that in this case tastes good looks good so there is no way it can fail, right? Well, without any idea what margins are, actual sales are, production capabilities are and a host of other critical factors required to make a business successful YOU are in the dark as to the companies ability is to be successful. Financials are the only way to even have a chance to even the odds and even that can be deceiving, (Enron, Tyco, etc.) but without them you are blind.
This was for a consumer product (energy drink) but the same applies and I will add the following:
Why would anyone go through all this trouble?
Answer: Could be 100's of millions of reasons. Do you actually know the share count, how much dilution is going on? No, but if you find out mutiply it by any figure you want to get you answer.
Do JR/JS really think JuJu juice won't work?
Answer: They better think it will work or the SEC and a host of others will be after them. The question is will it work economically, ie., make a profit? I don't think so otherwise why this late in the business plan start worryiny about permits, financials, etc., this is done FIRST.
And why would'nt just one of you call a steel supplier and find out how much 12' steel pipe costs and what it would cost to weld it together, certainly not 5 mill.
Answer: Just like you would'nt call MDEQ about permitting requirements or EPA region 4 to find out about those "8 visits" they deny, bucause if you did it would destroy the myth.
I could go on and on but the answer is in front of you daily now. USSE(Lanza)/Vidilia, the first run, yielded 100's of millions of shares traded as high as .84; USSE/Natchez, the sequel, a couple of million shares traded at .13.5 - .15, Mr. Market is in control now and he don't lie.
Sorry, hope you glean something from this. GLTA

Mr. Market says he's not interested and does'nt care. Mr. Market says.......oh well you know what he says.
I think the picture posted best depicts the company/event as seen through .....many shareholders eyes. Highly symbolic if that is the only picture he took or chose to post.
