Brilliant deduction blackbird, but the "birdie" that was promoting the stock (CEO) was saying:

"we are funding ourself" (based on # of shares flying around sounded reasonable)

"don't need no stinkin permits, EPA's been here 8 times" (of course that flies in the face of reason or reality , but if he said it must be true)

"no other product can compete companies lined up for miles" (see above)

So now it appears the "birdie" is changing his tune. LOL
