I wouldn't get too riled over this because according to the SEC laywer, "you can't create a separate or advantaged shareholder group within the same issue". I know , I know, "Mr. I don't need no stinkin' SEC permission to do what I want to confuse my shareholders" will probably just say, "aw shucks we didn't know". I think a few shareholders have already contacted them. Wouldn't it be riot if the if the 12/1 SH's had to give their shares back?

In any case it looks like weeks or months of obfuscation of the fact that Free Willy will be 4 months old and no revenue producing production and no contracts.
