Do one thing for yourself today. Call MDEQ and ask if this company goes into full scale production today what action they will take (they know about this outfit). Then you will understand why the "I don't need no stinkin' permits" quote is in line with the "doesn't matter what the price of soybeans are" quote (paraphased of course).

Now maybe this outfit has applied for permitting since the last time I talked with MDEQ (I doubt it), but then the question would be how long it would take after submission. Then if you are really ambitious have them fax you their application, review it and contemplate if the guy in the photo holding the urine sample could ever complete the application.
