Got to love seeing that 1.47 on L2 ask.
Unicorn baby!
Yep I agree. The chart looks great…

I know the OTC hasn't been what it was, but this has a chance to be a Unicorn, IMO!
I know the OTC hasn't been what it was, but this has a chance to be a Unicorn, IMO!
Nice- seemed like L2 was shifting a bit yesterday. Maybe something finally coming.
A good article and a good read. Thanks for posting.
From the article below:
“By April 2026, an Australian clinical trial had been launched, aimed specifically at earlier detection of major medical depression and PTSD.”
“…there is something in the trajectory of this company, in the speed and seriousness of the partnerships forming around it, in the clinical trials now underway in Australia…”
Also:
“A growing network of partners and affiliates…. including GENIEXO Aesthetic Research, Nuu Mobile, RaDoTech, and Tech for Troops.”

A little background on the company FacialDx:
https://www.mirrorreview.com/douglas-benoit/
Annual looked good- been a slower process than expected but rather that than nonsense pump and dumps.
Could be a real one…who knows, but seems to have a solid base, great SS, and good upside.
…they probably need to login and update Company Profile again. It’s been 6 months.
Why is it back on Pink Sheets? No longer trading OTCID on profile page.

I have no idea because I'm not in them nor am I going to look, but this one here hasn't even began yet, give it some time to at least complete its trial.
Annual report released. Debt and future dilution a concern.

His profile page speaks for itself, all he does is bash stocks, its his job.
Seems like someone has been sniping shares off the ask.
Could be a loading, who knows. It’s been a long wait that’s for sure but still a solid look.
Maybe they get it together sooner rather than later.
$SYIN - That's interesting, so you ask if this is the company in Taiwan and then you say you're not confused. Then you say that 98% of OTC is a scam.
Signs of a scam:
1) claiming to solve a problem that will secure a market worth $xxxxxx
2) saying that some Doctor has discovered the cure that no one else could find
3) not having any confirmation from a governing body....usually because it's a secret and it's being hidden to hurt us
4) suggesting you are one of the few who can profit from this incredible opportunity
$SYIN has many fualts with an accoiuntantt as CEO but they don't meet the criteria of a scam.
Conclusion: You're either trying to shake out shares for you to buy or you are incompetent.
Recommendatiion: Buy the stock from Taiwan....
98% of otc are scams, are you telling me they part of 2% club, but you can make bank of scams.
What gives you the impression that its a scam? It's slow moving but they have been forthcoming on what they are doing.
Not confused, just asking questions for clarity. I know this a scam, just trying to see if this scam still reward SH.
$SYIN is SynBio International - not based in Taiwan. I hope you are OK, you seem pretty confused. Good luck.
Maybe I musunderstood your post? In your mind....it's looking great?
$SYIN - oops. There was a detail I missed from the January 10th PR. So they kind of estimated the time frame.
The trial is expected to commence in early 2026 and conclude later in the year. Data generated from the study is intended to inform future regulatory submissions and guide commercialization strategy in both healthcare and corporate markets.
The trial will be conducted under Synbio’s clinical and regulatory leadership, pursuant to its agreement with FacialDx Inc., the developer of the underlying facial analysis technology. Final execution remains subject to completion of the Statement of Work, cost schedules, and a Clinical Trial Research Agreement under the MSA framework.
Yea we’ll see- hopefully it wasn’t a tweet dump but good bit of those traders were from the ask. I always liked the old MM liquidity act to get shares before a run…
Code, signal, bat sign!
$SYIN When you say "something is happening now" I agree that something "happened" today. I'm not sure it is a good sign until I see how the stock responds.
Someone got some cheap shares...
Well something is happening now seems likeWe’ll see!
$SYIN - yes sir, I had a friend ask me this weekend if I was still in it and I said, yes. I enjoy watching grass grow or seeing two snails in a race..
Progress - it’s a slow one here for sure. But the base feels relatively stable…. Need some excitement and buying pressure sooner or later.
$SYIN post this morning on X:
The CEO of FacialDx, Doug Benoit and I in Australia this week. We met with the team at Resonance Health to begin planning the mental health clinical trial. Exciting progress as we move toward validation.
$SYIN - interesting day; here are the $ numbers: $4,948.16 sold/bought at 0016 - $5,334.54 sold/bought at .0018 - $170.81 bought/sold at .0019.
We used to call this "trading by appointment". I.e. if it was market driven and all sales we would be in the trips, IMO
On January 21st they said (on X) "Working on the Statement of Work, trial timeline, and projected costs of the trial."
If they were any slower, I'd declare that it is possible to defy the law of gravity.
$SYIN:
Fidelity and Schwab were both showing a position on the bid & ask...prior to the open - they've been there every day for months.
SYIN is going for a proof of concept clinical trial. It's what they said in their PR on January 15, 2026
Synbio Signs Agreement for a Proof-of-Concept Clinical Trial to Evaluate a Unique AI-Based Facial Analysis Screening Software for Mental Health Disorders
Under the agreement, Resonance will conduct a proof-of-concept clinical tria[b]l to assess the efficacy of FacialDx Incorporated (FacialDx) NIMSTM(Non-invasive Medical Screening) technology and evaluate its performance in real-world clinical conditions.
FacialDX is just offering the product as a "non-diagnostic" tool - they repeat that phrase over and over. It's meant to provide an indication of an issue not meant to diagnose if the person has it. They say over and over again this is not meant to replace Drs and Clinicians but meant to provide an indication.
SYIN is looking to establlish a "Proof of Concept" in "real world conditions. Two separate goals. If you are going to say this thing will do the following, someone is going to ask you if there was a trial and if they can see the parameters of the trial and it's documented outcome. That's what SYIN is going for.
I looked up CRO clinical trials in Australia; asking two questions !) is the CRO path the same as the FDA path? and 2) would the FDA accept the outcome of the CRO process?
The answer ito the fisrt indicated that their approval process was different than the US regarding how long it takes and how much it costs - Australia clinical trial length was generall in the 3-4 months time frame vs ours sometimes taking over a year and 2) they said that both the FDA and European Union have reciprocal agreements withh Australia so that each party will accept the results of the other parties clinical trial.
Back to the basics of the quiestion: It was announced in mid-January that they had signed the agreement to perform a clinical trial - so your guess is as good as mine. Maybe May/June time frame? It just said they signed the agreement they didn't say it had begun.
Why would you say that, it takes time to get trials done, it doesn't happen overnight, these things take time.
Another FacialDx PR today. No trial news….

eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) has turned down a proposed $56 billion takeover offer from GameStop (NYSE:GME), citing concerns over the credibility and financing structure of the proposed transaction. The bid would have seen GameStop — a company valued at roughly one-quarter of eBay’s size — attempt one of the most ambitious acquisitions in the retail and e-commerce […]
