$SYIN:
Fidelity and Schwab were both showing a position on the bid & ask...prior to the open - they've been there every day for months.
SYIN is going for a proof of concept clinical trial. It's what they said in their PR on January 15, 2026
Synbio Signs Agreement for a Proof-of-Concept Clinical Trial to Evaluate a Unique AI-Based Facial Analysis Screening Software for Mental Health Disorders
Under the agreement, Resonance will conduct a proof-of-concept clinical tria[b]l to assess the efficacy of FacialDx Incorporated (FacialDx) NIMSTM(Non-invasive Medical Screening) technology and evaluate its performance in real-world clinical conditions.
FacialDX is just offering the product as a "non-diagnostic" tool - they repeat that phrase over and over. It's meant to provide an indication of an issue not meant to diagnose if the person has it. They say over and over again this is not meant to replace Drs and Clinicians but meant to provide an indication.
SYIN is looking to establlish a "Proof of Concept" in "real world conditions. Two separate goals. If you are going to say this thing will do the following, someone is going to ask you if there was a trial and if they can see the parameters of the trial and it's documented outcome. That's what SYIN is going for.
I looked up CRO clinical trials in Australia; asking two questions !) is the CRO path the same as the FDA path? and 2) would the FDA accept the outcome of the CRO process?
The answer ito the fisrt indicated that their approval process was different than the US regarding how long it takes and how much it costs - Australia clinical trial length was generall in the 3-4 months time frame vs ours sometimes taking over a year and 2) they said that both the FDA and European Union have reciprocal agreements withh Australia so that each party will accept the results of the other parties clinical trial.
Back to the basics of the quiestion: It was announced in mid-January that they had signed the agreement to perform a clinical trial - so your guess is as good as mine. Maybe May/June time frame? It just said they signed the agreement they didn't say it had begun.
