We used to call this "trading by appointment". I.e. if it was market driven and all sales we would be in the trips, IMO
On January 21st they said (on X) "Working on the Statement of Work, trial timeline, and projected costs of the trial."
If they were any slower, I'd declare that it is possible to defy the law of gravity.
