Read it straight from MSX's mouth; From the MSX SEDAR filings from just 3 days ago, it states;

"Mr. Lopehandia is currently disputing ownership of the property with Barrick Gold Corporation. The outcome of the dispute and accordingly the ability of the Optionor to convey the property rights to the Company, are not determinable at this time" ...
