Yes, this is true because of the fact that Barrick is still in court in Chile and is trying to dealy the court. Once the court ends then they will be obligated to inform the world of what they have done. They will then have more class action law suits than they will be able to count. I believe they already have 9 in the US with more lining up. Deutche Bank is coming after them for the 5 billion they borrowed on Pascua-Lama and have not paid a dime since 2005. So yes Barrick is in serious trouble and does not want this to end anytime soon.
