Regular US MAIL could take 14 days just to cross the country ,You want preferred treatment also .PVEC .when certs are in your acc. or mailbox ,you'll have them .Or go to Florida to collect them .YES?

I called my local Scottrade last Wednesday (3/19/14) in regards to the PVEC Pref-C shares. He said there is a note but no details regarding the spin-off of shares. He also stated there isn't a CUSIP assigned to it so they technically don't exist. However, he did say it may be a slow process since this is a penny and to check back every few days. He also cautioned me that not all pennies come through with their PR's and to proceed with caution. GLTA.
