Im just asking, no need to judge. Its been 8 days after the date of issuance and nothing from my broker, nothing in the mail. So im wondering if anybody got them.
PVEC did not request processing of this "gift distribution" through the FINRA Company Related Action Process as would be required for a dividend. There will be no FINRA "approval."
After the misuse of FINRA for the IMAG Group spin-off dividend that was never distributed, this "gift distribution" would like raise more red flags with FINRA.
Apparently PVEC will simply mail paper certificates directly to qualifying shareholders.
