It would be good for the companies to do it this way because they could raise significant funding to help pay for all the clinical trials... If Regen would simply issue another 5 million shares sold at $10 per share pre-IPO (which I see as very realistic to obtain)... this $50,000,000 raised would pretty much take care of everything for a long time to come! I hope Dr. Koos and Dr. Ichim are taking the steps to plan it out this way... It would be the prudent thing to do to take advantage of this opportune moment to fund the company. ;-)
