and cool if they can announce that they got about $1M of grant money as well...this all seems to be the plan! Once they prove they done need the money, everyone will want to give them some!!
also, to sell more regen shares, they would need to do another sec registration...unless they do a private offering at 5-10 a share and register them later....all good any way you slice it and this is why REGEN is the good bank going fwd!!!!
and this type of private offering of this magnitude is EXACTLY what our other regen owner does!! Caven Investments owns 1.5M restricted regen shares and they raise funds in this manner and regen/BMSN is a client!!!!
