~ BMSN = Because that is the biggest Joke of a website,, only second to "Sierra's Picks"....

They have bits & pieces on a Co's. info.,, but other then that they pull info off the internet to put it on their website,, no matter if the info is correct or not. :-(

I'm going to try and call the SEC and FINRA to get definitive answers early Monday morning, before the market opens.

They say it's 25% of the securities value. Regen Biopharma has 500 million authorized shares and 51.9 million outstanding shares. The question is how the security is valued, based on A/S or O/S, or some other factor.
