Eddie is at the end of his rope. The District Attorney has nearly 300 staff members and "99.4% conviction rate!!!" http://www.dallasda.com/ Eddie always stalls courts until the bitter end. The only difference now is that, not only is his money at stake, but so is his freedom.

Most likely will plead guilty to a lesser charge. Either way, this has to be a huge financial drain. And the ONLY way he has to make money is to print and dump shares.

Vakser's criminal court date re-set again...

This is the 7th time he and his lawyer have had to schlep down to the courthouse to plead for more time. The DA is taxpayer funded and has a 99.4% conviction rate.

Next date is set for July 23rd.

Vakser's criminal case--announcement soon??

On 7/24/14 the Dallas DA offered Eddie a plea bargain of 4 years in jail/deferred and $55,000 to be paid in restitution to his victim. The met again in court on 8/14/14 and requested a delay until 9/4/14. However, on 8/28/14 Eddie and his lawyer filed a signed "announcement" with the word "rest" hand written on it. It also contains a "reset date" of 9/10/14. It was >not< signed by the DA.

DALLAS D.A. OFFERS EDDIE VAKSER "4 YEARS/DEFERRED" SENTENCE IN EXCHANGE FOR PLEADING GUILTY TO CRIMINAL FELONY THEFT. A GUILTY PLEA SHOULD BAR HIM FROM BEING AN OFFICER IN ANY PUBLIC COMPANY.

Eddie's lawyer appeared on his behalf in 292nd district court on 11/7/14. The District Attorney again offered Eddie a plea deal --"4 years in prison/ deferred plus $55,000 in restitution (to his victim)." Eddie's lawyer requested and was granted yet another delay (this makes the 14th) until 11/21/14.

Vakser criminal update-->>JURY TRIAL<< set for April 20th

One year after allegedly committing felony theft it seems the Dallas D.A. yanked his offer of a plea bargain and the court has set the case for trial on 4/20/15. This seems a mighty big gamble by Vakser as a felony conviction will bar him from running any public company. Then again, he might abscond to the Ukraine since he enjoys citizenship there. For now, he has 5 more months to manipulate his 5 active shells [PRPM, PBHG, TDEY, AURI and TSRR].
