Eddie Vakser's felony criminal court update

Eddie's lawyer appeared on his behalf in 292nd district court on 11/7/14. The District Attorney again offered Eddie a plea deal --"4 years in prison/ deferred plus $55,000 in restitution (to his victim)." Eddie's lawyer requested and was granted yet another delay (this makes the 14th) until 11/21/14.
