XXII is at the mercy of a government agency..period. That is one of the reasons we never highlight biotechs.
It does seem hypocritical though that the FDA (govt agency) is looking for a healthier cigarette (getting people to quit), and have ordered a boatload of Spectrum cigarettes but have taken their darn tooting time giving XXII MSA.
I say open up an office/manuf facility outside the US and sell everywhere but the US. I'm sure there's more than enough money to be made in Europe, China, India.
I have not read the whole board yet so apologies if this is already done as a topic. Chardan reiterated their target price of $9 WITH their estimate of April/May for MSA.
