Van, what is your take on the another MSA postponement by Chardan?
In November, Joe said it should be done by January 2014. January 2014 Chardan report gave the timeline of 30-60 days for the MSA approval. Today's Chardan Report gives April-May as their timeline for the MSA approval?
MSA approval was critical to their valuation of the stock, as the earlier we get MSA approval the faster we start production, the more distribution agreements we sign, the more revenue we get in 2014.
