The deal was complete, and representative with paperwork from both companies was send to Korea for a final signature approval of LS-Nikko Copper Inc. in Korea. Unfortunately the rep took a route to Malaysia and ended up on the same missing plane. So whole deal is now in limbo until plane is found or new deal is redrawn.
