Before the ignorant start to spout again, it should be remembered that electronic signatures and faxes do not cut it in this part of the world. All must sign on an original notarized document. Most do not even realize who must sign, or how many identical sets of originals must be made. It is all very formal and takes time.

To LTS...I believe the facts show that 93% of the time all required filings of Petaquilla on SEDAR have been made on time. Obviously you are a newbie to this company and don't know much about the facts that you have not even bothered to verify.
