Wow, this Zigfraud person seems pretty knowledgable including being privy to how many times zig's name was brought up while the building is being shown by the landlord or agent and what zig's attorney are doing even though its priviliged. how did you get so lucky to be inside every situation involving motion dna.
you almost sound like a bitter former employee or co-worker. maybe you're from the company that zig left to start Motion DNA. Whatever the case, if you're an investor, you are more of an amatuer investor than even I am, cuz I heard that when someones complaining alot, they probably only lost a few dollars and were trying to win the lottery in the stock market. If you were for real, you wouldn't be trying to slander the company and the person (which can only make your losses worse), you would be quietly going about your business. but since no one listens to you in your real life, this is someplace where you can come and become an expert with no real substance to what you are saying. Maybe you should try Vegas. I hear the odds are better. and there your opinion won't matter either.
I don't know everything thats happened with this company, but I do know that screaming about how much money I lost, isn't going to make it come back. I can only hope that something sticks, if not, I lost, but I was smart enough to know to stay in or get out. but that's my issue. Zigfraud if you're bitter and think you're helping those of us who invested by bashing our investment, you're wrong. maybe we should all get together and ask these SEC attorneys to take action against anybody who pumps up a stock to make the price go up and those who bash and slander companies and make the stock go down by scaring away other legitimate investors. thats who the SEC should go after, people like you Zigfraud (who's the real fraud??)
