And I was expecting big things from them in the last 2 months of '06 and into '07, with major marketing initiatives poised to take advantage of the multi-billion dollar vision market.

There is no one new running things, because there is nothing to run. The scam is over. Zig, and a few others, have made some decent money over the past 24 months, but the well appears to be pretty much dry.

The next few months could be interesting still. If Zig is still dependant on his revenue stream, and needs new people to buy "Sports Concepts, Inc." stock when it comes out with all it's flowery projections of orders, revenues and contracts, he will likely need that to happen before pinksheets adds an icon with its ticker.

My guess is that both Zig's publically traded companies - (MTDX.PK and ISNX.PK) will both be getting the stop sign. How is he going to PR his way out of that?

I hope for his sake he didn't make too many promises of returns to his list of "accredited investors" for ISNX stock, but that is completely his problem to deal with at this point.

IMO, we're pretty much screwed.

I'm just hoping to give some of them ulcers, or maybe a heart attack by worrying about how screwed they would be if the SEC had the manpower to spend 30 minutes investigating them. Some of them are quite well off, and they probably wouldn't fit in that well in jail, so if the thought of it worries them, then good. If the thought of it get's them to turn on each other, then even better. I'll guarantee they are reading this and wondering to themselves, 'am I really that tight with the people who know enough to put me away, or should I turn on them first to pre-emptively to save my own a$$.

But as for our money, it's long gone.

Once it's set up, (and they had experienced people to assist them in that regard - check the track records of the other public companies who have had William D. O'Neal as their legal counsel and/or Mark A. Shelley as their CPA)I don't see how it requires that much work to keep going. You send out an email everytime you want a PR to happen, maybe make a follow up phone call to confirm the detail of it, and you drive to your PO Box once a week to pick up your check. How hard can that be?

They did a ton of share issuing last R/S (4-15-05), I'm sure in addition to the $12million worth of shares they issued to "buy" Sports Concepts - they have probably had to "pay" a bunch of consultants to prepare them for the shift into the retail business of Sports related products such as the "Monster Slam".

Issue-Split-Repeat. Pretty good work if you can get it, huh Zig?

BTW Zig, who most deserves to go to jail with you. My money is on Bryan Greenwood, but there are many candidates, as I'm sure you know. But how many deserving candidates would happily throw you under the bus to save their own skin? Now that's a question you only wish you knew the answer to.

Depending on which way you look at it, that can definately be viewed as a true statement.

He knows that the actual value of the companies stock is $0.00. Things he has done falling under "whatever possible" include 1) orchestrating a fake buyout, 2) release PR's discussing never to be fulfilled promises (patents, major orders, potential mergers or acquisitions, new locations throughout the country, etc. etc.etc.)

If the truth was always told, shareholders value would be $0.00. As a result of these things, shareholder value has ranged from around $1.00 (split adjusted - leading into buyout headfake) to the current $0.05. I would believe that this is a significant enhancement.

Now if the person who is reading that statement was under the false impression that the actual value was in the $1.56 range that was tossed around during the buyout, he/she might question the statement. But the reality is the person making the statement knows the true value, and the results of the past year validate the statement.

It's all about perspective, and perception is reality.

As mentioned in the article, this was a 2-person company - one of whom was NOT Michelle Thomas.

At some point, this little venture in Washington was sold to a group of investors (unknown yet who, but it may be possible to find out later), and Victor Mason moved to AZ to get into the fraudulent 3rd party auto leasing business.

At what point Victor Mason and Michelle Thomas connected is unknown - but in addition to jointly starting the new "Sports Concepts Inc." in AZ this past March, they are also jointly involved in another venture related to "Liberty League International", an MLM operation, whose founders were recently hit with a $115,000 fine by the State of AZ for some unsavory business practices.

Knowing that Victor's "Take Over Auto Payments" venture was a main sponsor of Zig's TV show, it is apparent that Vic and Zig's business relationship pre-dates any formation of AZ's iteration of "Sport's Concepts, Inc.", but you have to hand it to them both for being creative with what they had to work with.

Bottom line: Their behaviour has been, and is, criminal - (they have lied in Press Releases with statements of fact - in addition to all the well known misleading future plans that never were consumated), but unfortunately they are such small potatoes that they probably will continue to get away with it.

So when are the details of the acquisition and +/- 200 million new shares issued going to be released?

Dallas, Zig said he was going to step down and that the company would be “infused with a powerful slate of officers and directors.” He said that they’d need that dynamic team in order to become fully reporting, and that they were expecting “explosive” growth in 2006. Those interesting items appeared in a March, 2006 PR, and here we are in September. A poster here, Avdave, found that Jason Bodine is now the President/CEO, and Greenwood and Ziegler are still officers and directors, so there are no new people at all, but I was thinking that maybe they needed to quickly fill out paperwork to bring the company back into good standing with Arizona (one small step in the right direction at least) and that they're still trying to put together this "new team." That's probably a stretch given their history, but I try to keep hope alive!

There is no logic, and what amazes me even more is those 100-share buys for a whopping $9.50 investment. As much as I try to block this abomination out of my mind, when it hits 5 cents, it all comes back to me because, thanks to Zig's generosity, I have 100% more shares than I ever wanted, and it KILLS my account when it dives 40-50%. I'm really not whining...I should have seen it coming and gotten out during the fake buyout fiasco. Live and learn!
