The mj spinoff is combined through Gelpid to clear GDSM's 5 million debt from what I understood. So not only will they be spinning off an mj company but the $5 mil debt will be gone. Maybe I am wrong. Also Carpenterguy, I don't think people are waiting for just the next PR... I would say we are waiting on several exciting tasks being completed and the PRs that come with it.

~~mj merger/spinoff will go through,
~~oil and natural gas operations will do what needs to be done to bring in revenue,
~~uplist will occur (eventually),
~~NO dilution(we shall just see),
~~NO REVERSE SPLIT EVER... isn't that what makes pennies such a scam?
~~ Warrants issued at .10 and .15 would not have been accepted if the holders didn't think GDSM would go there, AGAIN, someday.
~~Previous highs of .034, .07, .15 (twice), .30, and even $1!!
~~Current chart shows we ARE in an uptrend and will continue unless we blow below .0012/.001, and we shall see exactly what happens this week.
You see the point... EVERYTHING POINTS NORTH FOR GDSM and by end of March, end of April.... WOW... I AM EXCITED to be a part of it! Good luck to you and all of us. Good luck to Mike Shea, may he accomplish what he is attempting here(Phoenix from the ashes). Would he rather continue without audits? Would he rather spend time in the red? Would he rather RUIN his resume by trailing us on with lies and deceit? Or would he rather complete the tasks at hand and make a profitable successful company to be proud of? GDSM!!!!!!!

Here is probably how it will work.

1.) GDSM will acquire the subsidiary with shares of GDSM.

2.) Those shares will be returned to GDSM w/shares of the new company as the price the subsidiary will pay to go off on it's own.

3.) The new shares of the new company that GDSM receives will be distributed to GDSM shareholders.

4.) The original shares of GDSM paid to purchase the subsidiary, will be returned to the GDSM treasury.

5.) A portion of shares in the new subsidiary will be held by GDSM and offered in a shelf offering.

6.) The new subsidiary will become a public company.

7.) We will all become millionaires!! LOL!!
