The mj spinoff is combined through Gelpid to clear GDSM's 5 million debt from what I understood. So not only will they be spinning off an mj company but the $5 mil debt will be gone. Maybe I am wrong. Also Carpenterguy, I don't think people are waiting for just the next PR... I would say we are waiting on several exciting tasks being completed and the PRs that come with it.
