How is the CEO going to aquire the MJ subsidiary without having any cash? He will use the recently authorized 3 billion share increase to pay for it of course! Don't expect the next PR to propel GDSM exponentially. I think it will be received as a mixed bag. Still looking to re-enter GDSM but I think too many people are hanging their hopes on this next PR.
