Ia-idcc-fan: Just checked Pacer. In the last docket filing, dated Dec 17, IDCC requested that the Court:

1. Grant Interdigital’s Petition and confirm the Final Award in its entirety;

2. Enter judgment in accordance with the Arbitral Panel’s declarations and findings in the final Award; and

3 Vacate the hearing currently scheduled for April 4, 2014



According to the latest Court calender, the IDCC/Apple case (5:13-mc-80236), is Not scheduled for April 4.
